As soon as the foul was made and the referee blew, I thought it was a red and I was right in line with it. The Ipswich manager has all but conceded that it was a red and everyone I know who had the benefit of TV, said it was a clear and obvious red card. Morishita was 2/3 foot clear of both defenders, albeit a distance from goal, not really sure how you think there was plenty of time for Davies to cover. -

Thought we really put a shift in last night, the few of us who turned up provided as much vocal support as possible and the players responded with a decent performance. It would have been a thoroughly deserved three points and letting it slip again at the death, just 3 days after the same fate at Wrexham, was heartbreaking. As we all know, our football club has shipped many late goals and scored very few and it is a habit that has persisted over a lot of managers and like the failure to come back from behind, it seems to now be baked into a very unwanted DNA. The referee was atrocious and got all the big decisions wrong and on that score, we just never seem to get a break. Saturday’s match is now pivotal, if we can’t win that, I really do fear that could be the last straw for the team’s confidence. -

Good spot, given the depressing way the match ended, think we had all probably overlooked this. -

Forshaw played well today, he should have be in against QPR, Hickman and Montgomery was never going to be enough to compensate for the loss of Tronstrad. -

I love Yuki's work ethic but his finishing this season has been absolutely woeful. He has missed countless good chances, generally when he has time to think, his only goals have been first time reaction efforts and the deflection at Hull. We might have got lucky with Gudjonsson though, he's scoring goals and missing chances but is always getting in the right areas. -

What an unforgiving league this is. I think most of us would have taken a point before kick off but to concede so late, again, is a real hammer blow. Being more clinical with our chances, we could so easily have picked up 5 extra points this week and be going into the Ipswich game in hand, with thoughts of really pushing on to catch the behemoths of Millwall, Knob End and Hull. As it is, we could now be soon slipping back into the bottom three. Unless we can turn around the Ewood form, we are facing a real relegation battle. -

Didn’t go today, just relaying what the Radio Lancs lot reported. We would have taken a point before the match but so disappointing to concede at the death. -

Absolutely gutted by that late equaliser. I didn’t see us getting anything at all before the match but to concede so late was heartbreaking. According to Bayes / Gallagher, was never a free kick and the lad who eventually put it in the net was offside. Conceding a lot of very late goals and scoring very few ourselves has been an Achilles heal for many years. Love Yuki’s work ethic but his finishing has been really poor so far this season. -

Sadly, I agree. Despite the tremendous away results so far, I just can’t see us getting anything today from Hollywood FC. -
Everyone makes their own decisions, I have a brother who has boycotted for years and I go to every home match and a good few away. Last night I was trying to get home from holiday to attend but didn’t get back to Manchester Airport early enough and so just caught the last 25 minutes on telly. I go out a sense of duty rather than enjoyment now, it feels like that if I can’t be bothered no more, then who else will go and without us, the fans, the club will die. Years back, I would walk down LBR amidst the throngs of Blue & Whites. Now, for night matches, I walk down almost without anyone else in sight, incredibly sad and a damning indictment of what Venkys and the stooges have done to us. Yes, there is no excuse for the performances and results being delivered at Ewood but it must be difficult for the team to play in such an empty stadium with a downtrodden and depressed remnant support.

Tin hat on but to me, there is a definite correlation between awful performances and the players not being up for it at Ewood. Ewood used to be a cauldron and no one liked coming here, even top teams but today, it is like a morgue and is no longer a 12th man to the team, sadly, quite the opposite. It is what the Indians and stooges have done to our once great club. In no way am I excusing the awful performances and results but the empty seats and lack of home support are definitely part of the problem.

A real problem if Alebiosu goes to African Nations or gets injured. -

Corrado Grabbi had loads of ability, fantastic in his first few matches but as the luck deserted him, so did his confidence and that proved fatal. He could have had a hatrick in that early match against United, think he hit the woodwork twice. -

Couldn’t agree more and made this point many times. They prefer to play away, at Ewood the atmosphere is so funereal it is the clearest manifestation of what these owners have done to this club and its remnant and downtrodden supporter base. All a far cry from the loud and passionate cauldron that even the top teams feared playing here. Today, rather than being the twelfth man, they must feel like they are playing with ten at home. Of course, it is all very much the chicken and the egg and if the club was run properly and we could put performances and results together, ‘Rome’ could once again be rebuilt.
