If you are a striker and don’t get an early goal, it becomes a real problem, often insurmountable. Corrado Grabbi was a really talented player but it just wouldn’t go in for him and the confidence drained, Chris Brown was hopeless but you get my drift. Telhalovic hit the post on his debut at Hull and in a couple of games he has gone really close at the death but should have scored both. Fine margins, sliding doors and all that.

Talk of JDT losing the dressing room, I think I would rather kept him and shipped virtually all the players out.

Moran has been awful, so weak. Garett not up to it, Fleck is a seasoned campaigner at this level. Not laid a glove on them, even more so since going behind, where is the kitchen sink and at least go down fighting.

He’s really soft and his performances to date in a Rovers shirt have been underwhelming. Bang average,at best.

He is a good player but never fit and even when available can very rarely do 90 minutes, so frustrating.

After the disastrous end to the window, Swag, Sylvester and Broughton are still in post. How on earth is that possible in anything but a totally dysfunctional business 🤷‍♂️

With O’Brien and a striker last January, there was every chance we would be in the EPL.

For me, he’s the best manager we have had since Big Sam. He gave us hope, dared to dream and connected with the fan base, for once an honest man who told it as it was. Unless this shit show is the beginning of the end for Swag and forces the Raos to sell, we will have lost our best hope and a talent manager for nowt. Given Ennis wasn’t getting a game, I would imagine that a move to Stoke on similar, if not better money and nearer to his hometown Wolverhampton would have been a dream move. Given this, I doubt there was any requirement for us to sweeten it by paying up any of his contract.

From a source who undertakes all the registrations at another EFL club very close to us, if the Fleck deal was submitted after the Maguire deal, they would have known Maguire hadn’t been submitted when they logged on to deal with Fleck.
