  1. Yes and not very good there either. But he is playing cm tonight and he is shit
  2. I think Moran might be one of the worst central midfielders I have ever seen play football
  3. Virtually Newcastle's strongest 11. Aside from any other aspect, their central midfield is going to rip ours apart. A painful couple of hours ahead. As said by others, I do fear the potential terminal damage to the flimsy morale if we take a thrashing here. Let's hope I'm being way too pessimistic about this....
  4. That'll get picked up in a urine test, at some point.
  5. Same here. I got my Rovers shirt on, began to convince myself we might just nick something here. Then I saw the line up and that central midfield. Demoralising. Inevitable really with the squad we've been left with. Also, a big game, big experience, and it is being given to some loanees who haven't done much at all in league games. Developing other teams' (dubious) prospects. The magic of the FA Cup.
  6. And with that, the gap to the relegation zone is down to 4 points. Need wins. Others are getting them when it matters. We aren't good enough.
  7. If anything sums up how awfully our squad has been ripped up, it is these words.
  8. Have our scumbag owners, their representatives, or employees (Broughton) made that trip over to negotiate a "pre-contract", yet? Surely not another lie...
  9. I agree re PL. But a Middlesbrough, Hull, West Brom etc, or one of the relegated teams would jump at the chance. As he would with them and, frankly, who could blame him.
  10. Qpr winning at Bristol City. Lose this from 2 up and I really, really fear for our confidence levels
  11. Looks like Wharton is in the starting 11
  12. I'll be hugely surprised if we get anything from this match other than comfortably defeated
  13. Horrible performance. Absolutely dreadful and doesn't bode at all well for the next games.
  14. If it is an issue that only seems to actually affect Rovers transfers, then surely it isn't really an issue with the software, more the competence (or motivations) of the users?
  15. I guess the official announcement that our head coach has left, due to the incompetence of the owners and their acolytes, is tomorrow's Embarrassing Rovers News Story, then... Just the 24 hours before the next crucial relegation match. Twats.
  16. I agree with this. But I do want to add my thanks to J*B for attending and reporting back. What has been reported (and circulated), though, has only made me feel more angry and, despondent. I'm not sure the meeting really gained anything more than this kind of impact, did it?
  17. As above, so our current situation is about chronic financial and owner mismanagement, appalling and embarrassing approach to transfers and basic club administration, no clear overall strategy, terrible ticket pricing, etc. Yet somehow that has been turned into it all being about the poor players being upset by the fans, who are at fault in all this. This is dreadful spin and these players, frankly, look like they have played their part in it, today. Especially having a whinge whilst their coach is left out of the meeting. Fuck them. This club is a corrupt cesspit. An empty (chicken egg) shell. I think I'm finished with it. I want to be, now. But I fear I'll be hanging on a bit in the vain hope somebody will save the club, somehow.
  18. Hopefully a really bloody bad one
  19. Just the one that had any real cost, eh?! I wonder what might connect those two things.
  20. I felt similarly. It is actually a good, well-written and fairly brave piece, which clearly reads to me as having been reliably informed by Rovers' "recruitment team". Well done to LET on this occasion, and well done to?Broughton and Tomasson/team? for getting the truth out, despite the strain that I suspect everything is under.
  21. I can definitely see an announcement in the next couple of days that JDT and rovers have "mutually agreed to part ways".
  22. Absolutely. None of the named "candidates" would take a call from Venkys or their minions. I'm sure word gets around, particularly with any UK based managers, and only the very desperate would be interested in working for a bunch of lying scumbags like our owners. People who renege on agreements with managers, clubs, players and communities. Until Venkys go, it doesn't matter who is coaching the team.
  23. What a total clusterfuck of a football club/business. Embarrassing.
  24. If its literally only a few quid then they might be candidates. Much more and they aren't affordable. For those of them with any ambition, they'll steer well clear of this one.
