I think the problem is that posters who share the same frustration as you do, are accused of "over-reaction". Given the severity of the issues facing the club and the love we have for it, I think reactions have been very tempered. Hard to see how anyone could over-react to this situation on a forum.

Yep---give it to Johnson on a trial basis to the end of the season would be my guess at what Venkys will do. Quick and cheap and might come off.
-
What I remember from then is that we didn't have a pot to piss in, the ground was gradually being closed down for safety reasons, we had no Brockhall and crowds were practically half of what they are now. YET----we were signing good players for nothing or next to nothing, playing exciting football (well more so than now) and regularly challenging for promotion.
-
Surely even Venkys have to get it right once out of 8?
-
Don't worry!
-
Well he didn't get my hopes up, I stopped believing him a long time ago. My hopes were dashed in August---close of Transfer Window. Plenty on here told me different though.
-
The trouble is he's not capable of either.
-
Fitness levels? Transfer record? Leads thrown away? Can't organise a defence? Bullshit interviews? I'd say he's very similar to Coyle. Nobody is comparing him to Kean, that odious individual is in a class of his own. ToMo did good work to restore this club's standing early on, he should go now before he becomes a laughing stock (if he isn't already).

And how many penalties have we conceded?

Will defeat to North End see the end of Mowbray?

You give me hope!! -
Nobody can be compared to Kean but Mowbray has a lot more in common with Coyle than I'm comfortable with. Bullshit is well up there for a start.

Given how stupid our owners are, the complete absence of contact with our owners should be a plus! Our owners will never be an asset butMowbray has had it all to himself. For example he's had enough money, he's simply thrown it away. His selections, his playing people out of position, his tinkering with the side from week to week, our obvious lack of fitness, his bullshit interviews---he's stuffed it up on his own as far as I'm concerned. Had he fixed the defensive frailties he himself identified we'd be top half now. Its him to blame, fairly and squarely. -

I feel its just like its Coyle all over again. Doesn't matter whether we're in front or not, we always find a way to lose. Scoring enough to prevent the eventual collapse is beyond us. I'm in despair. -
Sorry wouldn't want Barton anywhere near our club. He's a thug.
-
Fantastic game! Loving it even though I don't fully understand the rules!

Oh! Didn't know that. You have me guessing now! -

Someone did once advocate on here that we should give him a 6year deal!. Doesn't post anymore. -
Well it takes a very special manager to outdo Kean! What a gem we have.
-
Preston are only better than us because of him! (ToMo I mean).
-
It will on here!!
-
Problem is, it would give Mowbray another few months in charge. We're back in the Kean situation where we had to ask ourselves "Would it be better to if we lost?" Never thought I'd have to face that particular conundrum again.
-
Nice to know we'll be competing! Who'd have thought?
-
I think we'll be humiliated. If so, he must go.
-
The Club feels like its dying, somebody please do something.
-
I agree he seems very pleasant and we were all desperate for him to succeed. But he hasn't and times up.
