Venky’s (& Suhail) Out Protest Ideas

Any chance of that message (or shortened version) being placed in an Indian newspaper Glen? Plenty on here would contribute to cost I'd think. -

Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

First the "offer" of giving up January transfer money to fix the pitch, now this, contradictory though they are. Is this Ismael distancing himself from Pasha/Gestade and trying to appea directly to the owners? Is some decisive moment coming or am I just wishful thinking? (again) -

We had one! I would think the reputation of the Club is now such that we won't find another, -
The Academy I suppose?

Possibly also also trying to discourage adverse comments on social media, like they're monitoring it and fans could get in trouble? -
Brilliant again Herbie, you're a natural. You'll be on Match of the Day if you keep this up!

Very predictable injury too. Not factored in---we live on hope. Like with the pitch. -

All good theory but never happens here. And you always caution us wait and see what will happen when he Club/owners make a big decision., but the result is always the same----gross disappointment. I expect nothing from them but more disappointment. -

Pickering to centre-back left hand side, Miller to right-back? -

Well yes and know. He might have put that team together but I assume he would argue he'd done his best with the means available to him. Also, letting so many tried and tested players go to other clubs is what really diminished the squad and that process was outside his control. Not a supporter of his by any means but the dice were loaded against him. -

It was a six-pointer, one we dared not lose and we didn't. So some impetus for Saturday. its going to be a long season. -

It'll be touch and go! Incredible if our away form saves us. Home form will of course be down to our poor support! -
Tugay could smash it in from 25 yards as well. After Douglas, the most naturally gifted player we ever had.

How could we possibly save money in the transfer window and stay up? -

No, the highlight was that glorious goal he scored at Birmingham, last game of the season 2 or 3 years back. Alas it was a outlier. -
Snip from Guardian report: "The imperious Adam Wharton was the architect of the opening goal when he picked out Tyrick Mitchell on the left before the England midfielder eventually played in Nketiah, whose crisp finish left Bernd Leno flailing at thin air."

Unfortunately he's just got hit where it hurts! Why does everyone think this is funny?

Have to sell the squad first though. -
Oh good!

Over 102 years since we won it. Growing up in the 60's I'd never have believed we wouldn't have won it again by now. Several semi-finals but never that last step. I don't expect to see us win it now nor ever see us in the Premier League again. lIfe's a bitch.

The Aynsley Pears depreciation thread.
47er replied to Neal's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Pears has done alright. He's a reasonable No2. We won't do better. Those late goals weren't his fault. -
Could get back into it! Hold those catches lads!
