Best way to deal with this is for Glen or whoever to get the media to put these various rumours to Rovers and ask them to deny or confirm then. We can't lose. If they have to deny rumours such as players not being paid, then that is embarrassing for them. If they don't deny them, that's a big story in itself. Heading "Rovers refuse to deny some players haven't been paid" or "Rovers do not deny some first-team players have been told to find another club." I like it!.

If Venkys really were interested in the Club they wouldn't have tp put £20M in year after year. They'd appoint people who were able and who cared. People with their ear to the ground and knowledge and empathy with supporters' feeling and hopes. We have none of this at Ewood. Given the number and significance of recent disasters the ticketing prices are akin to rubbing your nose in it. I agree fans wouldn't be so hostile to these prices if they knew they were going to get something out of it. But its once again a case of more and more for less and less.

Still discussions along the lines of "if Venkys left who would buy us?" (though not on this forum). How do such people explain the case of Carlisle then? Never won anything, currently bottom of the League but bought by 2 American Billionaires. We would have plenty of suitors if only Venkys would do the decent thing and do one.

When ticket sales are low they will blame the fans for disloyalty and plenty of supporters will agree with them.

Its simple Chaddy, we'd have got more if there had been more than one club interested. So, it made financial sense to postpone a sale while Adam's reputation continued to rise. If you think the Club handled this well you're beyond help.

We had to sell him no matter what, so when only one bidder came in we had to take what they offered. Any rational owners would have kept him longer so that other clubs would see what a gem was on offer. Venky poison.
