Interesting that they replied to a question, about contract negotiations with the assertion that it was difficult at this time because we didn't know what League we would be in next season. First of all, that is ludicrous--- there is no chance of promotion or relegation. But secondly they have directly contradicted their own newly-appointed manager who has openly admitted we have no chance of making top 6! They are all at sea and lying on this one. The truth, more likely, is that they have no funding at this stage to pay the likes of Brittain ,Travis etc because the owners have made no decision. Suhail claims they are still funding us but that's another lie.

If they keep us much longer we will be a complete basket case. If they has any sense they would get what they can now.

Best way to deal with this is for Glen or whoever to get the media to put these various rumours to Rovers and ask them to deny or confirm then. We can't lose. If they have to deny rumours such as players not being paid, then that is embarrassing for them. If they don't deny them, that's a big story in itself. Heading "Rovers refuse to deny some players haven't been paid" or "Rovers do not deny some first-team players have been told to find another club." I like it!.

So bad forward planning then and nothing to credit Rovers with?

Many fans just happy to have their fortnightly fix--a relief from shit jobs or whatever they want to forget for a couple of hours. They don't see that this can be taken away from them and that they need to help save the Club.

The latest poaching of an increasing line of young talent. How can we ever create a side from our Academy? The rules here stink. This transfer, if it happens, should at least be able to have a list of future add-ons with it so we get real value from it when/if the lad makes it big-time. We've become another Crewe.

If Venkys really were interested in the Club they wouldn't have tp put £20M in year after year. They'd appoint people who were able and who cared. People with their ear to the ground and knowledge and empathy with supporters' feeling and hopes. We have none of this at Ewood. In that sense we are a dead club.Just a matter of time unless we stand up for ourselves.

Venkys will probably conclude that if they sack Waggot and Gestede everything will be alright! "look, we did what you wanted" !!

Given the number and significance of recent disasters the ticketing prices are akin to rubbing your nose in it. I agree fans wouldn't be so hostile to these prices if they knew they were going to get something out of it. But its once again a case of more and more for less and less.
