Thought here was a good a place as any for this. The club currently has potential liabilities to other clubs/third parties of £5.9 million contingent on player appearances/team performance. £3.2 million of this is based on us getting promoted to the PL - what do we think the other £2.7 million relates to?

It does puzzle me as to why the court case (brought about to be allowed to send funds to the club) is continuing if the outcome will have no impact on the finances of the club. Perhaps the Venkys just like wasting money on unnecessary legal fees.
