The way he is playing, Hirst will be lucky to keep his U21s place
-
our league position would suggest, yes.

Markanday has been very poor for the U21s -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach

Because there is no dominant team in a league, does not make it piss poor. In fact it can be the exact opposit, the Scottish premiership for example. Two stand out teams at their level, but a piss poor league. -

Usually the only way to beat a solid foundation, is to have better players. -
Being second in the league will offset any morale problems a bust up with Dack will cause.
-
I wonder if Dack will be with the U21s tomorrow ? With him not making the squad on Tuesday, and the return of Travis and Pickering. The likelyhood of him being in the first team squad are slim.
-
I have thought about it. I don't agree with your statement. For me, that is the end of it. It is pointless repeating the same views.
-
Because there is absolutely no way of proving, that bringing Dack on earlier would have changed the outcome. We did not lose any games becauses of the length of time Dack was on the pitch.
-
Who knows, not us that's for certain.
-
I agree Dacks inclusion earlier may or may not, have changed the results. But what I will say is that the high-lighted statement is utter bollocks, as it cannot be proven.
-
Have you see the league table recently
-
You have answered your own question there.
-
And by January we will have played them twice this season. So no, returning player scoring against us syndrome.

Neither of them are, at present, good enough for the first team. -

Have you seen Markanday play? As a winger he is awful, he is nowhere near good enough to take a first team central striker role. He may become a first team player in the future, but for me ,at present, he is miles away. -
Money.

If we stay in the top two I don't care who JDT picks.

I am basing my judgement about Hirst from what I have seen for the U21s. I am not very impressed. -

I just want us to play well. If we do we will win. -

No it doesn't, but people like to tell themselves that. Something that happens in the future at football, has very little relevence, if any, to something that has happened in the past. -

I'd have Vale over Hirst on the bench, I agree with the rest
