Dack is ideal for our bench, his wages aren't. -

I think Phillips was played because of neccesity and to persuade him to sign for us. I think what you will now see is his career flatten out to suit both him and the Rovers. I still think U21s is the best place for him at the present time. A loan out for a 17 year old, and he will be targetted. -
I do not know, but perhaps money over football ?
-
I think what Booth means, is that it is sad, that we wont be in for Van Hecke, because that position is not a priority anymore.
-
I hope you continue to enjoy the Championship next season.

I'd give Ayala another year, and try to persuade him to become our defensive coach. -
Maybe it's a way of rotating the squad ?

I don't know about not fully fit. At the moment Hirst is scared of making a challenge. -
The Championship resumes after the league stage of the world cup.
-
Walk ons make up perhaps 25% of the crowds at Ewood. In fact it may even be a bigger percentage as a lot of season ticket holders don't attend all games.

Who vale or Hirst ? -
If by that you mean season ticket holders as well, I would agree. But the club would never do that.
-
You have to realise. It is not 1960.
-
What about non season ticket holders who have been to more than X away games ?

As of his last couple of appearances for the U21s that I have watched, Hirst will be lucky to keep his place in the U21s. He may well improve, but at the moment he is scared to play the physical part of the game. The nearest I would compare it to is Matt Jansen after his bike crash. -

Hirst runs towards the ball and an opponent at full speed, then stops about a yard away and lets the opponent do what they want with the ball. -

You must be joking, where do you tie up your guide dog when you go to the games at Leyland ? -

We are lucky that at the moment there is not a massive rush for Vale to be up to speed. The Rovers are not depending on Vale, so he can be brought on, at a reasonable pace. -
Weird feelings of football thread

I seem to remember an away win on sky against leeds sometime around 2015 -
In my opinion this would be the ranking of our left wing/full-backs : Pickering, Mola, Batty, Edun, Cirano, Gent. I don't think the last three will make it at Championship level.
-
Just can't defend.
-
Until we beat them on the 13th.
-
A Norwich win would be better.

In the past away tickets haven't come on line, till after 09:00 on the day of sale.
