The problem is, as you say we have tried to utilize the loan market, that has failed miserably, our league position is a testament to that. We may have a restricted budget, so we shall have to try with what we already have. If that doesn't work, we will have to try something else. It has always been so.

True, but in your post you did not mention Mowbray as being a problem. All you mentioned was trying to get in loans. Personally I would prefer to work with our own players than loans. I think the most important thing that could happen for the good of our club, is for Mowbray to go.

Haven't the Rovers got the option of one year extensions ? You cannot say when players will be back from injury. I am using players that are signed for us. I do not know when or if there circumstances will change. Players will play where they are best for the team. It is a good managers job to convince the players of that fact. Sadly were Mowbray has failed.

At centerback next season we will have, Lenihan, Ayala, Magloire, Carter, Wharton, for two positions. I would play 4-4-2. So for the central midfield two we will have, Travis, Davenport, Rothwell, Buckley. Right back we have Nyambe and Pike. Up front, we have, Brereton, Gallagher, McBride, Chapman for two spots. I would also have Leftback, Pickering and a new signing. Leftwing, Dolan and a new signing . Rightwing JRC and a new signing.

It depends on your view of need. Personally I would say we need to sign 1 x left back, 1 x left wing, 1 x right wing. There are other positions that it would be nice to improve.

Why? I think there will be walk on match tickets. If there is a restricted attendance next season, say ours is 4000, say we sell 2500 season tickets, do you think the club will not take the opportunity to sell the other 1500 places.

The original question was why aren't the kids being played. It was pointed out that a majority of our better kids, were either out on loan or injured. Then the question was asked, Who are these loanee or injured kids.

Magloire, JRC, Pickering, McBride, Carter, are all decent kids, in my opinion, who are either out on loan or injured.
