  1. It'll be one of the seven or eight "outstanding" candidates then.
  2. There's not much point you replying to my posts if you're either not going to read them properly or ignore what I've put. I clearly said next season and beyond. There you go again with your obsession over what he might or might earn at Derby. Its utterly bizarre. You've also done a complete 180 from earlier in the week when you said we needed to appoint Allardyce/Warnock short term in your new found eagerness after one win to assert we're better off without Eustace. And as I've said previously the fact he'd have rather gone anywhere rather than stay at Ewood raises major red flags with everyone apart from you.
  3. Im not sure how people find the suggestion that Brockhall is falling into disrepair so hard to believe.
  4. Wonder if he's started the talk about being on "a journey" at West Brom yet.
  5. I thought he meant Rohl. But if Pep came I would take Mr. Mani a bottle of champagne round pe
  6. I suspect we will if you're including next season and beyond in that. As we drown there's just that one straw to try and clutch on to that we might somehow go up this season. Not making much progress with doing what we both wanted on the managerial front (Warnock/Allardyce in)are we?
  7. To borrow a famous quote "He would say that wouldnt he" (to wind you up) Any particular reason to suggest he's in the know on this?
  8. David Lowe is not Tony Parkes. Id say he's about as far away as its possible to get. Personally I think the players reacted to what had happened to them this week rather than as a result of Lowe coming in per se. I think it will wear off very quickly. We'll see, if we win the next couple then he might have something about him and it becomes increasingly hard to take it off him. Im sure Waggott and Pasha are gagging to go down that road if they possibly can.
  9. And why are they all below us in the table? Ooo.....errrr .....that's right. Its because of Eustace.
  10. It seems to be only you that that doesnt raise any red flags to.
  11. "Welcome onto the pitch Kenny. By the way are you doing anything for the next 3 months as no other bugger wants it". We'd be more likely to announce Richie Wellens on a 5 year deal in the morning then invite Sir Kenneth onto the pitch in the afternoon to rub our noses in it as to how far we've fallen.
  12. They've invited him back to announce the King Kenny /Gerrard dream team and they'll watch on as we thump Plymouth 5-1. Ive only just realised Sir Kenneth is going to be there tomorrow. I'm gutted, cant make it. We're bloody good at temporarily diffusing supporter unrest arent we?. Shame we're not so good at doing anything that really matters.
  13. Is that a no then?............
  14. Pep watching on from the stands tomorrow it is....... Mani said it first! Lol. (Yes I know what you're hinting at)
  15. Im warming to the idea. Bit of Pizazz and extra excitement around the Club for a month or two. Might be the last chance of that for a VERY long time. I cant for the life of me see Waghail wanting to pay the wages he'd likely want though.
  16. It shouldnt need saying in the first place but very well said.
  17. And yet some people still wonder why Eustace left or accuse him of personal greed.
  18. "Will the last 3 out of the building please turn........."
  19. As opposed to ours where we are happy to sell managers like players.
  20. I was thinking the same thing myself. Dolan gets plenty of clog on here for being "greedy" etc but I cant remember anything official confirming he's even been offered a new deal. There was a bit of a song and dance in the LT about Hedges being offered one (which is a joke in itself) but not even that has come to anything as far as Im aware. (Thankfully in that particular case)
  21. The social media piece from Dolan didnt exactly scream player antipathy towards Eustace did it? However, if they were feeling any sense of injustice against him I'd more or less guarantee that will wear off very quickly, especially if the next couple of results go South. Then they'll be thinking "What are we doing with David in charge? We need a proper manager!"
  22. What is clear I think is the likely reaction if the likes of Boateng, Karanka, Wellens, Lowe are appointed. Edit: Bit surprised Allardyce is so much more popular than Warnock IF thats the road we were going down. (Which we probably wont)
  23. You see, I can give you a thumbs up from time to time!
  24. Not heard him. Warnock's still ok I think.
