David Lowe is not Tony Parkes. Id say he's about as far away as its possible to get. Personally I think the players reacted to what had happened to them this week rather than as a result of Lowe coming in per se. I think it will wear off very quickly. We'll see, if we win the next couple then he might have something about him and it becomes increasingly hard to take it off him. Im sure Waggott and Pasha are gagging to go down that road if they possibly can.

I was thinking the same thing myself. Dolan gets plenty of clog on here for being "greedy" etc but I cant remember anything official confirming he's even been offered a new deal. There was a bit of a song and dance in the LT about Hedges being offered one (which is a joke in itself) but not even that has come to anything as far as Im aware. (Thankfully in that particular case)

The social media piece from Dolan didnt exactly scream player antipathy towards Eustace did it? However, if they were feeling any sense of injustice against him I'd more or less guarantee that will wear off very quickly, especially if the next couple of results go South. Then they'll be thinking "What are we doing with David in charge? We need a proper manager!"

What is clear I think is the likely reaction if the likes of Boateng, Karanka, Wellens, Lowe are appointed. Edit: Bit surprised Allardyce is so much more popular than Warnock IF thats the road we were going down. (Which we probably wont)
