I'm not saying he would, although in balance he did change us from the more direct style reliant on Graham to what we have now.

The pen was a complete mess at the back, not what you'd expect of 2 senior pros. Patterns of play same as last season, across the back, trying to get full backs up, but not working today. Butterworth is struggling to get involved and when he has it's not come off. Only relative positive is Chapman willing to take on his man and having some joy.

It'd be surprising. From a marketing perspective, get the initial wave of sales done with for this, then release the away kit and another batch of sales. Avoid punters having to choose between the 2 and maybe not returning for another sale.

One is a game against a league 1 side. The other is against a Prem team. Dont get me wrong, yes they are taking advantage of it being the first game at Ewood and the likelihood Leeds will bring a significant crowd. But it's understandable to charge relative to the opposition.

If that is achieved, possibly yes. The impression I had was home shirt sales were significantly down and not outweighed by the away sales, it also left more excess home shirt stock than we'd usually have and so that translates to a loss when they have to be sold off cheap or disposed of.

'typical Mowbray' - does the same apply to Armstrong, Dack, Travis, JRC, Kaminski (who went to the euros off the season with us), Raya, Elliott, Dolan? Id be surprised if they launched home and away kits and training gear all at the same time. From my observations they stagger it to encourage greater spending, launch all at once and fans may only buy one item.

Don't go about being balanced and giving a rational reason why Rovers aren't a fault. That's not allowed in these parts. It doesn't matter that these things leak for most clubs, Rovers are incompetent damn it. Note some 2022 kits are already leaked for some clubs - Rovers are poor for not showing/announcing theirs. But if they leaked ...poor Rovers, getting shown up by other parties.
