  1. I see Pochettino is complaining because it’s his wedding anniversary apparently. Get a grip you knob, as the saying goes, if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Besides Poch, we used to play Christmas Day in this country as well as Boxing Day.
  2. Watching Palace yesterday, I noticed their kit is Macron but the halves are reversed front to back as ours should be. Penny pinching by Waggot is my best guess.
  3. I try to think the worst may happen in the hope that the best outcome will rise to the the top. So defeat will mean we will drop to 21st or thereabouts if the others around us all win. On that basis we will sneak a win hopefully.,
  4. The Paul Gallagher fist shot was wonderful. Me and my lad had been invited by a magpie pal to join him in the posh seats. When Gallagher scored we were up on our feet, nobody around us was. 😂. It was obvious to everyone that it was handball.
  5. Rangers won't make the right choice of manager, Gattuso will probably be the next incumbent.
  6. Bruce Guthro lead singer of Runrig died a couple of weeks ago. Only 52 years old.
  7. A cricket score coming up on an old cricket ground
  8. I think he’s got to be. Bryan will be 90 next May
  9. I presume you mean “if you can’t beat em join em”. That’s understandable but I still hate the diving and rolling around that’s so prevalent in the game. I don’t think they would do it so much on a muddy 60’s pitch for fear of getting their hair mucky. 😃
  10. Is Sako actually English? He rolls around on the grass like a soft Latin. Has Jesus been giving him lessons? Stay on your bloody feet you soft arse.
  11. All the very best with the course of treatment DeeCee. Keep us updated as many of us getting on in years might benefit from the same. A friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer so it may be of benefit for him. Keep your chin up pal.
  12. Well done to all for putting names to faces. I thought it a little sad that the Premier League winning squad for so poorly represented.
  13. I just hope we beat these Mackems, be it 1-0 or 10-0. I don’t dislike Sunderland too much but I certainly dislike Dack after his snide comments about us, after the club gave him so much support after his injuries. He’s a total knob in my book now.
  14. Ok so who’s on here. Forget Waggot he doesn’t deserve to be there.
  15. Too right. It’s like watching a reincarnation of Gaza .
  16. Well deserved goal from Harry. Justified selection from Southgate.
  17. 134,000 when I was a lad Gav for a full international. Dougie will tell you!
  18. So Southgate compliments his style by bringing on the no-mark McGuire. You couldn’t make it up!
  19. Of course Chaddy, but you know what I mean. I’ve been going to Hampden since 1960 so Scotland-England has a meaning to me for sure.
  20. @roverandout So sorry for the loss of your dad. I am 73 but think of my dad everyday although he died 36 years ago. It doesn’t matter how long ago it’s still the man who made you what you are. Keep him in your memory always.
  21. Why does Southgate play the best lineup when it’s a friendly that doesn’t matter in the great scheme of things, but picks a boring sideways/ backwards lineup when it does matter? He’s a total f**kwit.
