  1. Nope. All the money in the game at the top level but no VAR when little old rovers roll into town
  2. Dang, 1-0 Chelsea. Scored by some guy I've never heard of.
  3. It's the £418m starting 11 against ours that cost, what? £2m tops?
  4. Happy with that. It was always going to be a tough game, regardless of what team we put out. Hopefully we do ourselves proud.
  5. I dunno about it being miles off, the team against West Ham had Edun, Vale, Markanday and Mola all starting. Hirst came off the bench:
  6. As soon as I saw socks and sliders the video was closed.
  7. Sheff Weds owner is telling the fans to raise £2m to pay wages and HMRC to save the club. He told The Sheffield Star: "With HMRC, if we don’t pay until, say, November 5, then that means it's been 14 days, but if we don’t pay wages as well then that's five days - that means a total of 19 days. Each issue counts separately. "If 20,000 people gave £100 then it's £2m, and it'd be clear - so we can finish it. That would cover everything, HMRC and the wages. That would need to be done before November 10 if they don't want to pass the 30 days, but that means that there can be no next time. It'd need to be before to make it safe - if it was on the fifth then there would be 10 days left… If we were to hit 30 days then we'll get a ban for three windows." Chansiri added: "They (some fans) want to protest and for me to leave, but nobody comes to save the club. The more positive ones, who backs me up? Then show me, back me up. We don’t have money. The first thing you need to do is save the club. If we don’t pay in 30 days we have a big issue. "If you want to save your club, this is your chance. Do not protest, save your club. If not, we will get a transfer ban over three windows, there’s a possibility we will go to League Two or the National League. Maybe the negative fans would be happy, they wouldn’t be able to moan that things are too expensive. "So now you have the right. If the positive fans want me to stay, then this is their chance to save their club
  8. I reckon that now Swansea have ended our 3 game winning streak, playing without a striker will be consigned to the bin and Leonard or Ennis will actually start games. With Gallagher coming back as well, I wonder if we are looking to loan Telalovic out in January? He was signed on a 3 year contract with the option of another 12 months, so assume the club are happy (even if JDT isn't) to give him time to develop but he'll need games for that.
  9. Agree with others that win % doesn't tell the whole story but it's an interesting list none the less. It's a bit poor that the 3rd best manager in the whole list will only take us to midtable in the championship.
  10. No real surprises there. Let's hope Wharton has a blinder.
  11. The Saudi sports washing is working well on some fans at least.
  12. Try and keep the team the same if possible. Hyam might not make it, if not, assume Wharton comes in from the start. I'd be tempted to stick Ennis in from the start so that we actually have a striker on but it's worked for the last 3 games, so perhaps leave it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it and all that.
  13. Right backs assemble, to score a left footer.
  14. Superb result! Proper under the cosh at times but somehow managed to dig out the result. Great goals by Brittain and JRC!
  15. Moran off injured, hopefully it's just a precaution.
  16. Could do with some fresh legs up top.
  17. We've not had a sniff for the last 10mins here.
  18. Wharton has not been the same player this season. Any chances he's been given he's looked off it, sadly.
  19. Totally undeserved but we'll take it! Good play from Hill, Brittain and HRC for the goal as well!
  20. Yeah, this has not been a good opening 20mins for us. Poor all over.
