We need another centre mid but I'd deffo be exploring this option and keeping JRC in centre mid full time. Great player but we'd have to be weary of his injury record.

I didn't think Ayari was a centre mid (my bad) but Buckley is surely not going to play again this season, isn't he out till March? Then he'll need to get back up to fitness etc.

Absolutely gutted that we are selling Wharton. We won't have a player of his quality on the books for quite some time. We are now desperately in need of a CM or 2 and our whole game plan/way of playing is up in the air, as he was the only player in squad of taking the ball off the centre halves. Who've we got left in CM? Tronstad Garrett That it? Buckley is injured, JRC will be at RB and Trav is at Ipswich. Mental. If we fuck this up, we are going down.

I missed most of the game last night, Gallagher didn't look overly bothered when he scored, not sure what his demeanour was for the rest of the game? Wonder if he is unhappy and wants to move to Ipswich (couldn't blame him) or if he just didn't feel the need to celebrate much after scoring past lower League opposition? We've been burned in the past by keeping unhappy players. And it's probably too much to expect a decent plan off the clowns in charge.
