  1. Might have gotten lost in the sea of posts at the time but I wonder if Hedges is now a bit worried. Came off with an injury and out of contract. He's prone to a long term layoff. If hes out for months, I assume we'll let him go. I was also impressed with Toth yesterday. He's looked a bit ropey in these games he's played in at times but he was solid yesterday and made a couple of good saves.
  2. The most vital thing right now is retaining the core group of good players we have in Tronstad, Travis, Brittain, Hyam, Batth and if possible Dolan, although I think that ship has sailed. These should be the No.1 priority right now.
  3. Aasgaard looked good when I saw him last week but Luton will want good money for him, especiallyas they only signed him in January. More than our whole budget I'd imagine.
  4. I don't think its a market we'll be looking at but any decent players from the relegated teams worth taking?
  5. It depends on how you view things generally. There will be more than enough Rovers fans happy with the season. At the start of it, most people would have predicted that we were in for a difficult season. We’ve defied that expectation and finished 7th, so on the one hand, it's a good season. Others, like me, see it more that finishing 7th, 2 points outside of the playoffs is fairly meaningless in the grand scheme of things. As a club, we should be striving for success and that means getting into the playoffs (or better). The season was totally derailed by the ownership/senior management at the club. Absolutely unacceptable getting the club into a situation where Eustace wanted to leave for relegation threatened Derby. We've had no stand out players this season, by that i mean in the division overall. No Armstrong, BBD or Szmodics type player tearing up the league for us. Ultimately, the club is now at a familiar crossroads and last time they went the wrong way. Instead of building on what we had, they pulled the rug from under the us and we struggled enormously. They can't do the same again and they need to get player contracts sorted and need to improve on our recent patchy transfer activity. The biggest positive for the whole season has been the formation of the coalition.
  6. Luton have shipped 5. Some fight they've show
  7. Could be worrying for Hedges, out of contract and he loves a long term injury.
  8. Maybe it's time for the significant investment to show his worth??
  9. Dingles win the league, PNE stay up, Rovers don't make the playoffs offs. Everything we don't want on this final day.
  10. Can't believe Luton have tanked spectacularly today, ruining everyone's last day fun.
  11. Will Sky show the goals as they go in if you're watching the Rovers game? Or best to have SSN on the iPad as well?
  12. Can we not watch this on tv? Only via the skysports app via an iPad?
  13. Can we not watch this on tv? Only via the skysports app via an iPad?
  14. Sheff Utds team was always going to be strong, regardless of the players they've rested. COYB 🔵⚪️ Massive game, we've just gotta do our bit and see where we end up!
  15. It's incredible work that you've got a direct line to owners in the first place 👏 Absolutely vital that the people at Ewood can be bypassed, otherwise they're just there to save their own skin.
  16. I don't know if it's been mentioned on here by anyone yet but I saw you tweeted that you had been in direct contact with Bala Rao. How has that dialogue gone? Positively, hopefully. (More from his side than yours really, as I know you'll have approached it respectfully & honestly)
