We're getting towards the business end of the season, which is usually a depressing time for us, watching other clubs have success whilst we plod along as the least ambitious club in England. Made worse this season by the self inflicted, mortal wound we gave ourselves.

"We're not an attractive purchase for anyone" Etc, etc. Like banging your head against a brick wall.

Mental how we have such a fractured fanbase. The hierarchy have done a great job with a divide and conquer strategy over the last 15 years. I don't think an empty Ewood achieves anything, they'll just sell players to cover the costs. Banners, chants, tennis balls on the pitch is probably the next step. I don't think it would result in getting us to our end game but it would be highlighted in the media in the UK. It would be a start. It's highly unlikely, unless we're relegated to league one, that there would be enough fans willing to do much more. Personally, I think the only way we get rid of them is getting a game abandoned and then the threat of doing it again gets the wheels turning, as it involves outside parties (the other clubs, the football league etc.) But that comes at potential great cost to the general fan.

I wonder (more hope i guess), if there is a break clause for this summer. Giving him a 3 year deal was ludicrous and considering the short term nature of how they operate, it goes well against their current trend. Not a cat in hells chance they sack him and pay him up for 3 years. It's all about cost savings, so there must be something that's weighted heavily in the clubs favour.
