  1. And yet is our best player! As other have said Gally off, Rothwell on, Elliott to RW. The Gally RW experiment is back to where it was previously, shite.
  2. Good finish by them too. Millwall are a decent team, anyone (looking at you Mercer) who thought we would walk this were kidding themselves.
  3. Who let Millwall wear that kit? Abysmal decision
  4. Not great seeing Rothwell on the bench and not in the starting 11.
  5. Post #1 sets the tone for the rest of it:
  6. Preston held on. Unbelievable really.
  7. It really does, they were truly abysmal against us. Now they are stuffing B'mouth 0-3 in their own back yard.
  8. Sky really don't give a sh*t about Rovers. At all. I remember they did a little video montage once, which showed all the Premier League winning teams, apart from us. There's only 7 bloody teams that have won it. Liverpool hadn't even won it by this point, so 6.
  9. So happy we signed a great keeper after the ones we've had over the last few years.
  10. I was found in my local one Friday night and asked to sit on the bench as a sub the next day for my village team. Went down, ended up playing more than I would have liked after a few beers the night before. I didn't play any football as a kid, started having a kick about (Wembley doubles etc.) With mates at the local park from about 13 and then played 6 aside from about 18, 11 aside a couple of years later. I stopped playing 11 aside when I hit 30 but still play 5/6 aside now. I recently turned 37 but I'd like to keep playing for as long as I can do. Never played to any decent standard (just local league level) but I'm glad I did, made mates who I still see now and Saturdays were always something to look forward too.
  11. Wayne Rooney: Derby's lead interim coach 'may not play again' - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55095021 Rooney will retire from playing if he gets the job full time. Derby are due to be taken over in the next few days as well.
  12. I'd start with the same team again, can't really change it. I'd keep Trybull in the holding midfield role as well. Johnson likes to get forward a bit more, I think a midfield of Rothwell, Holtby and Trybull should continue to work well.
  13. I was dismayed to see him starting on the right again but as you say, he tucked in a bit more and the tactics shifted away from long pointless punts up to him. It certainly helped him out a lot more as he made a real positive impact and his run for the penalty was a great bit of play from him. Yer, it summed up exactly what Rothwell should be about, a bit of pace and positive running but with a final product, something he's often lacked. This new position brings out the best in him where he can run from a bit deeper but now he's adding assists and hopefully some goals in the future.
  14. Armstrong grabs all the headlines for us but Brereton ticking over nicely with 3 goals and 3 assists so far this season. His all round play has improved massively and if he keeps this up across the season he will have had a damned good one. Also someone's been having some Wiki fun (not me)
  15. Even Rovers twitter rinsing PNE about Dolan
  16. Just to be clear. They got absolutely no where near us. At all.
  17. Shame that didn't count. Good football again
  18. As it should be, they've been truly abysmal
  19. So after we have changed half of our outfield: ---------------------Kaminski Nyambe---Lenhian--Wharton--Douglas Buckley----Davenport---Downing Dolan--------Gally----------Brereton Something like anyway?
  20. All these subs make it feel like a friendly.
