  1. Relegation battle it is then.
  2. We have plenty of issues and probably no money to resolve them. Huge summer window ahead.
  3. My worry is that Covid/FFP/previous wastage is going to see us spend nothing this summer. Graham will be cut loose to save pennies and I could see us hand Samuel another deal and try and get someone like Butterworth more game time. We will be so limp up front it will be untrue. Dack returning would be the only other source of goals alongside AA.
  4. I'd 100% be starting Graham ahead of either Gallagher or Brereton (not RW/LW) mind you) because Graham actually knows where the back of the net is. Gallagher and Brereton are an incredible waste of money and Samuel is absolute toss.
  5. 3 defeats in a row, incredibly likely to be 5 after the next 2. Its abundantly clear that Mowbray isn't taking this squad any further. He's signed 2 absolute dollopers in Gallagher and Brereton and hampers Gallagher further by shunting him RW. And his binning of Raya for Walton is looking like the worst piece of business yet. Mowbray is stubborn and won't change, so as a result we aren't miraculously going to become a force to be reckoned with. Times up, he needs to go.
  6. Walton is an abysmal goal keeper. If he, or anyone else thinks he's playing for Brighton next season, they are kidding themselves.
  7. Over the last 10 years, yep, pretty much every week
  8. Out of it by half time. Pretty depressing really.
  9. How very Sam Gallagher. Mowbray post game "If Gallagher puts that chance away, maybe we go on and win" Tony Mowbray speaking after leeds beat a lacklustre Rovers 0-6
  10. If Mowbray was to leave and we then appointed Phil Brown, i think I'd stop watching football altogether.
  11. My bad, i thought i read we were live but checking again, i just misread it. Probably for the best to be honest.
  12. Mowbray's recent interviews suggests he won't be changing his style or formation anytime soon and Sky are kind enough to broadcast tomorrows destruction live. I suspect it will be 4-3-3 again but i can't see anything other than a comfortable afternoon for Leeds. Lineup i think we will see: -------------------Walton Nyambe--Lenihan--Tosin--Bennett Rothwell-----Johnson----Downing Gallagher-----Holtby----Armstrong 0-3 Leeds
  13. Don't really like Wigan much but even so, it wouldn't be a surprise to see us go into admin at some point.
  14. As we are now know which division we will be in next season, we should be planning for next season now. We are desperately short in some areas of the pitch, thanks to Mowbray and it's a huge concern that we are likely going to need to sign some key players for pretty much nothing, assuming we have no budget at all due to Covid and FFP. I can't see us doing anything but going backwards next season. If Mowbray remains stubborn in his use of Gallagher/Brereton with this inside forward rubbish, we could be in serious trouble.
  15. signed this kid following his release from Preston: https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/july/rovers-recruit-talented-tyrhys/
  16. You're correct it does but it always leads back to the top, the club will never get the right people in the right places until we have new owners.
  17. We've been here before and will undoubtedly be here again. Calls for his head, poor results, people thinking he will walk and then boom, he pulls out a surprise result against someone, manages to string a few more results together and the picture gets a bit healthier. Ultimately we will hit another downward spiral at some point after and the cycle continues. He isn't going anywhere, anytime soon.
  18. Looks like we will end the season with a classic Mowbray winless streak. Embarrassing all round from players to manager. Too many problems to count that need sorting.
  19. This has caught me out thought it was on later. Mulgrew, wtf?
  20. Was wondering last night about Wharton, he's 22 now, surely it's now or never with regards to making it at Rovers.
  21. Yep, it would. All the while just remaining outside of the playoffs by 3/4 points.
