We played with a lot more fight fair enough. But it’s a bit of nonsense this. It was like a 0.01 xG wonder goal that earnt us that point in the actual scoreline. But agree on the general point that it was great to see us put that full fight into it - which we certainly didn’t 2 years ago.

Doak is exactly the type of loan a championship side should be targeting. Legit straight into the start 11, like when we signed Harvey Elliott. Hull had Carvalho last season - imagine it’ll be a club like that with an ounce of ambition who end up with Doak.

Rumours that Koleosho is off to Wolves and Amdouni is off too. Ramsey and Beyer are injured. I honestly don’t recognise most their starting 11. We’re playing them at a great time, it’s a fire sale over there

Burnley results 4-1, 5-0, 0-1 But xG 1.46, 0.81 and 0.11 Whilst plenty think this measurement is a load of shite, you might appreciate when it paints that their performances are being tinted somewhat. They’ve scored 9 goals from 11 shots on target in 3 games thanks to keeper howlers and own goals. Anyway, all isn’t rosey over the road, and I actually think they’ll struggle to get top 2 with Parker in charge (they’re miles off Leeds anyway). Yeah I think I agree, I’d have himself and Ohashi both floating behind Gueye. We have no pace so not much point playing wide with Hedges / Dolan. Get the fullbacks forward to offer the width and delivery to Gueye.

Siggy is pretty poor defensively but clearly has that quality in front of goal. Should potentially be himself and Ohashi behind Gueye? 2 good creative players playing off the big man.

The lad Muric that Ipswich paid a load to Burnley for continues to have howlers in him. No idea how that lad has made it to the prem (although Walton is their keeper on the bench!)

Correct substitute from JE in my opinion. Hedges has had a poor match, and needs to be kept fit. We should improve now with the big man on.
