Too much emphasis on running and not enough on actual football which is why he likes headless chickens like De Neve, Henriksson etc. Has a good by mid champ standard left back in Pickering constantly wasted on the bench in favour of the left sided Jason Lowe. Sometimes you have to alter the team according to the best you have available but he doesn't. We are back, albeit a different style, to trying to make players fit a system that they don't but he can point to running stats and say yes they do.
