Can't disagree -but will it happen?

Need a CM and a CF or we're relying heavily on a handful of players to stay fit / in form / hit the ground running.

I’m well aware of how shit we are run as a football club, but as many posters have stated previously, it’s extremely unprofessional to make remarks about your previous employer. It doesn’t come across well and actually makes me cringe.

I really wanted him to succeed here (and rate his talent) but Buckley needed to go for his own sake. Getting a handful of minutes here and there didn't suit either party, he needs to get a run of games somewhere to get his career back on track. Agree it's a shame, but he turns 26 in a couple of months. As much as he might've been unlucky with the odd manager, he's had his chance unfortunately.

That's because they are bitter and have reason to be, it's not rocket science. Some day the penny will finally drop who the real snakes are.

That person on Twitter is insufferable. The fact Callum Britain has even interacted with this tells me all I need to know about the person. all these little snipes at the club once people have left just makes them look bitter. Not a good look.

My lasting impression of Buckley, is of him warming-up on the sideline.

Having cut costs on things like players travel budgets, ground maintenance and Sky sports in the blues bar, Suhail now takes his financial hatchet to the players wage bill. This despite the current manager saying he wants to keep the players. And people are thinking it’s some kind of cunning footballing change? Looking for a different mentality of player? Bloody hell, half the people we bring in have just been relegated.

I find the narrative that hes collateral damage in an attempt to "change" to be a bit of a stretch. We wanted him to stay, he was an important player. We offered him a contract that like many wasnt sufficient. The manager didnt want or expect as much change that has happened. He isnt this hanger on that has been left behind as we move forward for the better. And he is a good Championship midfielder who knows how to win games and leads by example.

We all know the culture throughout the club has been rotten for years. We’ve been perennial losers. The total inability to come back from going behind. The total lack of ability to win midweek away matches. Always losing the big games. Always managing a win when it doesn’t matter anymore. These things tell me all I need to know. So a clear out was needed. Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t. But a least we are trying to do something different.

I don’t doubt that. And I assume she’d provide some more context if she wasn’t shackled by a non disclosure agreement, or worried about legal repercussions. I just don’t think what she’s written helps anyone.
