Would expect the Toulouse lad to be a loan - maybe putting himself in the window for other English clubs higher up the pyramid, if his missus is playing over here. If we assume the EUR 3.5m to be inclusive of clauses for the other fella, then potentially the sale of Pickering alongside Gueye might offset the initial cost. The only other player I can think of who would fetch at least £500k and who is clearly out of favour.

Why would we have to sell him in the summer though?He is under contract and we would still have another year's option on his deal I think it's very early I just really don't see him going unless a team comes in with a ridiculous offer which I don't see happening. He has had a few excellent months in the championship but its vert early days. Might have been different if he had seen more minutes for Nigeria and impressed
