imo the ref was caught daydreaming and did`nt see the incident,hence he panicked and guessed,he also missed a blatant bodycheck on yuki,which should have been a penalty,if the refereeing adjudicator has even bothered to evaluate him,then he should be given a warning for a terrible performance,which is basically the problem with officiating in this country,you can get away with being useless because there is no deterent

Yes, I understood that as being due to the distance from goal Davies has chance to cover, also the trajectory of Davies straight line run probably influenced his decision.
