Cool it. You can disagree and have an opinion one way or the other, but you can't be so confident in your own position. They do it in other leagues, and it's a rare enough occurrence that relying on 'precedent' is really solid ground. Just let other people be frustrated by what was an undeniably frustrating sequence of events. Not only that, but regardless of how confident you are in the EFL's correct decision, there's also no denying the fact that Rovers got the short end of the stick in every aspect. -

If they normally train later for an evening kick off it's not a problem. If they dont I think it's out of order. His birthday was on Sunday. Can't see what was stopping him getting back in time for training on Monday as usual - if all else failed he earns more than enough to have hired a private jet. Of course if we win tonight it'll be completely forgotten about, if not it's another stick to beat him with. -
Waggott was a rubbish CEO if you wanted an ambitious club, but he was absolutely perfect for Venky's. Lunacy to get rid of him from their perspective. Same goes for Mowbray tbh. Perfect manager for their level of ambition, absolutely pointless letting him go when he would have quite happily stayed.

It simply is an issue if - as suggested - staff are unhappy with it. It's not that deep to you. -

I don't understand why its chaos, they are coming back to play a game of football whether its 10mins or 90mins. Just playing what is left with 11 vs 10 and at 1-0 is perfectly doable and would have been the fair outcome. Just because something hasn't been done before is no excuse to never do it in the future. -

You've told me that I've been wrong for having an opinion for years now, calling me a conspiracy theorist and many other things simply for offering a view. Yes they could have set a new precedent. And it would have led to all sorts of chaos in future. That's why it has never been done before in a century of football, because as 'unfair' as the decision is on Rovers it is the only outcome that works and ensures fairness in the long run. My only criticism is that it took them a while to make their minds up and inevitably we are now going to wait until November or beyond for the game to be rearranged. As far as I am concerned it should have been replayed last Tuesday or Wednesday and bollocks to whether that was inconvenient for Ipswich or their fans. -

I'm getting fed up people telling me I am wrong for my opinion. My view is should have been replayed from 79 mins with us winning 1 nil and 11 vs 10. The EFL board could have set a new precedent and done something new instead of bottling it. They were no precedent for our match situation for the EFL to follow so could have done something new for once. Also no point having 3 championship teams members on the board if they aren't going to vote and maybe its should be non-club related EFL board that makes these decisions instead of the current EFL board. -

We've largely shown we are way better than that crap on Saturday so hopefully it was just one of those bad days at the office that plague most average Championship teams. There was a lot to be annoyed about but it's done now so if we approach this like the Ipswich game it could be a good night. -

Crucial game this, as it's one you would surely target 3 points from. Looking at Swansea's league form so far this season, it doesn't stand up as great. WINS A win at home to Sheff United in August looked good at the time, but we've since learned they are a bit of a shambles. The only other win is away at the other basket-case club Sheff Weds. Both wins came in August. DRAWS Three home draws against three clubs that you expect to be mid-to-bottom come the end of the season - Hull, Watford, Millwall. LOST Lost away at Boro and Birmingham. -
It's always a good feeling to beat that lot and today was no exception. We started quite slowly and could have conceded in the first minute as Eze sloppily let a high ball bounce and just about recovered to get a challenge in with the help of some assistance from the keeper. However once we got a foothold in the game we were dominant and could easily have won by more although Burnley did miss a couple or dolly's. It was good to see Harvey Higgins looking fit and healthy. He showed some neat touches when he came on and was only denied a scoring return by a good save from the Burnley keeper who was outstanding. It was good to see our youngsters seemed to have an understanding of our disdain for that lot - no doubt aided and abetted by the locally born lads.

I wouldnt have wasted my time explaining the above, Chaddy's always first on the ball with any Rovers related news but if something occurs which seems to paint the Club in a bad light beyond reasonable doubt he pleads ignorance and claims to be unaware as to what has gone on.
