For example, if Wrexham's Striker Ryan Hardie is only available for loan given the fact, he is championship experience, know the league and can hit the ground running. How can you judge Adam Owen when alot of work will be done behind the scenes which we won't see. On Gestede, I think we need experience DoF with knowledge and contacts in the European and world markets. Gestede hasn't renewed enough contracts of key players or even up and coming players Montgomery and Pratt. That is a massively mistake. Is he solely responsible for transfers, no he isnt, so I dont totally blame but the transfer team(Gestede, Owen, Ismael, Cairney) need to look at what works, what didnt work and what could be done differently.
