  1. Past hour
  2. He's half decent driving forward and does pick a good pass but he's far too laid back for my liking, needs to get more involved and put himself about if he wants to last.
  3. If the club answered the open letter and the Owners communicated that they would sell it would be finished. All we are trying to do is get some hope.
  4. So Cashin wasn’t attempting to play the ball ? I think you’ve misunderstood this when you first quoted me and you think I’m talking about the Ohashi incident
  5. Have we had enough time to make a judgement on whether the summer transfer dealings/clearout have improved the team?
  6. Thanks for the confirmation, he didn't play for the ball, he should have gone.
  7. Aron Donnum with an assist for Toulouse today 👀
  8. Are you sure you've not been on the Class A?
  9. I agree, while Ismael remains in the dugout, we're heading for league 1, his tactics are the worst in the championship.
  10. End of the day we either carry on with this slow, but ever continuing, slide into the lower divisions (with a rotted infrastructure to match) or we get a new owner, who, yes, may be Chansari-esque, or they may grab this club by its bootstraps and give it a go. This isn’t 2010, the game has grown exponentially since and potential owners are falling over themselves to get involved (particularly for Championship clubs - so of course this lot are doing all they can to torpedo that sweet spot in the football pyramid). *obviously it’s all moot as they’ve no intention of selling and it’s scenario 1.
  11. DENYING A GOAL OR AN OBVIOUS GOAL-SCORING OPPORTUNITY (DOGSO) Where a player commits an offence against an opponent within their own penalty area which denies an opponent an obvious goal-scoring opportunity and the referee awards a penalty kick, the offender is cautioned if the offence was an attempt to play the ball or a challenge for the ball; in all other circumstances (e.g. holding, pulling, pushing, no possibility to play the ball etc.), the offending player must be sent off. https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-12---fouls-and-misconduct edit - note the incident I was talking about which you quoted was the Cashin incident. The one on Ohashi is a red.
  12. As has been said more than once, the other "penalty " doesn't happen if he does his job properly and gives Rovers the penalty and sends Bartlett off for not attempting to play the ball. Of course it was a major decision, it doesn't excuse the rest of the dross but it was.
  13. We are absolutely awful, poor beyond words. I take your point though, not a decent team in this league, including Coventry and Ipswich.
  14. They looked a league above us. We know it’s because we are poor, but had it not been for Toth they could have scored 5 and that’s without seemingly getting out of first gear. I’m not sure how you can watch that and think Ipswich don’t deserve to be in the top 6. The only danger to them was Waltons kicking.
  15. It was a penalty and a red card, if it went to var, that would be the outcome.
  16. Obviously a lot of poor performances today. As well as Cashin, I thought The Moose was particularly dreadful today.
  17. Can we get Jack Walker masks printed out?
  18. Can see this boycott being continual til season end it's just been one massive flogging of everything all season
  19. There's no rational reason to get rid of Big Val. He's doing a belting job. Lots of promising signs.
  20. But if he gives penalty, that player is potentially sent off (not certain of where league are with double jeopardy these days). I think you totally miss my point though - just saying as crap as we were we could have got a result (no matter deserved or not). My point was mainly how crap the Championship is that Ipswich are in the top 6.
  21. Don't think the Hull example really holds water
  22. The only reason all those things are so tinpot is because the owners themselves are so tinpot. This club was, is and always will be too big for them. All they've done since day one is try to drag us down to their low level.
  23. No - but that play wouldnt have happened if he had given earlier decisions.
