  1. Past hour
  2. Well you must have an idea as you wrote it lol but let’s Judge as to whether or not we are going to blow the majority of our budget on a 17 year old for the u21s. Let’s see if that exclusive comes to fruition. If so il openly apologise
  3. Yes I did. I literally said it. I had that post ready and idk why I wrote that. Genuinely no idea.
  4. Alebiosu is a very good championship player and has done a great job for us. I don’t want to be overly negative about him , but he’s very 1 dimensional in terms of his attacking play. Some of his crossing is dreadful, he must ‘cross’ into the crowd at least once a game. Defensively good, quick and strong albeit against a much lower quality player in the championship. Every chance he can improve under better coaches etc but he’s miles off a premier league starter IMO.
  5. To be fair they did say that when he came in recently he did a good job especially against Coventry. Van Hecke was a bit raw to start with until he got a run of games and ended up player of the season. My glass is half full on this one if he gets a run of games.
  6. I’m glad you’re not the coach.
  7. Did you or did you not have a post stating ‘with an option to buy’? And then deleted it
  8. and if he's as bad as the Brummies say, we will still have to play him or very likely suffer a financial penalty! Madness!
  9. I won't be overly impressed myself if it's a line up like that as i'm going
  10. But if you check the original exclusive post I literally made it clear saying there's no option to buy at all.. make it make sense lad
  11. Today
  12. Just out of interest, what is it that makes anyone believe a word he says? He didnt like loans either, supposedly.
  13. I do worry about the mental state of those of us who still put their faith in the club being good to their word, each and every transfer window
  14. Qpr paying £5 million for Ronnie Edwards at Southampton. Overpriced for me but depressing they can be paying those sort of fees whilst we scour the bargain bin and go to clubs with our begging bowl for loans asking the parent club to pay most their wages in exchange for us guaranteeing minutes
  15. Luckily most of us knew what was coming as soon as Ismael said he wanted players in quickly. I still can't help myself get mad though.
  16. And yet so very predictable Fair point, I could believe either to be honest, he is apparently aligned with the project after all
  17. Or did he know there was no chance whatsoever of that, but said it anyway to try and placate a gullible fan base? The signing we have made only seems to be here because he won't cost us anything whatsoever.
  18. Utterly ridiculous that we are in this same situation again.
  19. They are lucky that there are still fans attending and still those that feel strongly enough to try and change things. The apathy that is growing is the real danger that they seem blind to. They need to wake up, a one off boycott is not going to hurt them financially, but it might cause a few squeaky ring peices when looking forward. They won't be able to put season ticket prices up enough to get the returns they need which an uptake around 4k.
  20. Are we all excited for a busy next 19 hours ahead? Ismael wanted 3 faces in the side for the Hull game, one down, 2 more need to be signed before noon tomorrow to be eligible to play. Or has he, like so many before him, been fed a load of lies (edit - or he is himself "aligned")
  21. "Areas to improve," says McCullum How about batting, bowling and fielding for starters?
  22. Why do I get the feeling ‘lessons won’t be learnt’… https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/articles/cj4lnxyyrrjo
  23. Ill be really annoyed if we put a line up like that out. It SHOULD be the strongest possible line up. (But won't be I know, it's just a question of degree.)
  24. I imagine I'll always buy a season ticket, as, I'm worried I'll get out of the habit if I don't. Having said that, I've noticed a number of games I've not bothered with this season (not just midweek), but weekends, when I've had stuff on and just not prioritised Rovers. The last two words above are what I've done for the bulk of my 41 years on the planet so far, that's what's changed the most under these sh1theads.
  25. This isn’t exclusive to this topic but I’d rather see a healthy debate than find myself in an echo chamber.
  26. I will be boycotting and if things don't change before next season I will not be walking down to Ewood anymore. Like may others I've attended for many a year but now I don't feel any connection with the club whatsoever. I've threatened to do this before and backed out to give them one more chance but I've had enough now. The Club is a shell of what it was. So sad. There are now other things in my life which will deservedly take priority. I hope the boycott is a success but I doubt it will change things.
