  1. Past hour
  2. None, but just another sign of the owner's isolation from us fans? It's like fuck you at every turn, I've made my point, no one goes to the Derby game.
  3. So what has that got to do with getting the Telegraph to join the coalition ?
  4. I would say doubtful considering the paper must rely heavily on Rovers to keep it afloat. They will do all they can to regain access and that will probably include making lots of concessions in future coverage.
  5. Perhaps I should have said ‘stewing’ rather than ‘brewing’.
  6. Yep, since Waggott left there has been a lot of own goals from the club which I think he would have nixed. He would have been pragmatic enough to shoot this idea down, one imagines. He's been around long enough to know that you keep the local press onside and don't sweat the small stuff. It's a lesson those in charge would do well to learn swiftly. I just don't get what the catalyst is here. It's not like there's some kind of revolt going on in the stands at Ewood. The coalition has been quiet for a while now, although who knows if something is going on in the background there. There's been a few 'Pasha out' banners - have they really got to him so much that he's lashing out?
  7. Got to admire Henry Winter and his continued support of the Rovers fans:
  8. I mean we already knew the people running the club are pathetic at the best of times but they've outdone themselves this time.
  9. Can't see us playing really well 3 matches in a row, luck will run out, law of averages, etc. 1-1. Like several others I would keep the side that started against Ipswich if we can, even though I read Tavares now fit, I don't think he is "a fit" in that midfield. JRC to come on with 5 mins left, equalise at the death and do the goal against former club no-celebration 👀
  10. Reports Ewood has severed all ties with the LT.
  11. The criticism to the LET and Jackson seems stupid now. This is a new low for the club. Disgusting.
  12. This club is a shadow of the one I've been supporting for 40 years. How dare they suggest this is done to protect the best interest of the fans, I don't believe there is anyone left at Blackburn Rovers that actually cares about what we have become and it makes me genuinely sad that this is the legacy being passed on to the rapidly shrinking next generation of fans.
  13. The truth disappeared from the nest of vipers that is Ewood Park a long, long time ago. They've managed to maintain a facade of the truth during that time by having the right people in place to 'handle' the media aka Waggott, Mowbray, Eustace, Broughton and JDT. All gone, fed up of being used to legitimise a corrupt and poisonous regime, and not replaced, or at least not convincingly. Only the deluded and naive have continued to believe that the party line put out is accurate. It might make some feel better if they convince themselves that every comment and press release from Rovers' end is the gospel truth but it simply doesn't stack up. That's why I shook my head with bewilderment at far fetched claims and praise for Gestede, Waggott, Pasha and Ismael for their 'honesty' simply because they sat in front of a friendly interviewer and answered comfortable questions. Doesn't mean they are telling the truth or providing an accurate account of things. With the amateurish Pasha now in charge it is clear that he hasn't got the skills that the likes of Waggott had - he was a crafty old goat but at least he was crafty enough to recognise a need to keep the local media and fans quiet. The clown Pasha instead thinks he can silence criticism or questions through direct conflict. Highly unlikely to work out well for him unless the Telegraph back down and toe the line. It was clear that the regime would attempt to crack down on dissent after the diabolical performance of the stooges earlier in the summer and the building furore over their negligent mismanagement of the club. Only a couple of away wins has prevented outright rebellion and they are clearly concerned at ever falling gates. Hopefully the Telegraph now position themselves as the mouthpiece for the anti-regime movement. In a time of civil war (which this is, and will remain until they're gone) we need every friend we can get and the local media can be a powerful tool. It won't quite be Newcastle/Mike Ashley levels of local media pressure but it can help and that's important.

  15. Ewood narcissists rule ok!!
  16. But, unless I’m reading it wrong, if you can’t attend the rearranged match you get a full refund of your original ticket (6.4 ii). Re your final sentence, the following (from season ticket terms and conditions) means it will be free):
  17. The most stupid thing is - how do they expect this to go for them? Press will stick together and the club will come out of it looking awful there is literally no positive for them
  18. No, the item shown, says if the match is abandoned ie it has kicked-off, but you cannot make the rearranged date. Then you are entitled to a full face value refund.
  19. He had a back and forth with one of the ITK accounts that was deleted - around Travis wanting to leave. Wonder if it was that? I thought the post got deleted cos it got quite bitter between the two of them.
  20. It looks like Cryer is not impressed.
  21. Pathetic decision from a gaggle of disgusting narcissistic cowards. We've already heard of some dark stuff going on behind the scenes, wouldn't be surprised if they're up to worse considering their want to get rid of any player who speaks up and now banning journalists... Worse is the "fans" sticking up for the decision. Genuinely wish I could be as thick and blissfully ignorant.
