  1. Past hour
  2. Stoke don't look anything special. Yet they're third. Just shows a bit of ambition and a good appointment goes far
  3. We definitely needed that point, you can take the positives from the comeback and having a chance to win it, had we got nothing that sinking feeling would have been heightened even more
  4. Under Val we will struggle, but we are not nailed on to go down...Ipswich result stands and it's a different story.
  5. If we play Pickering or Riberio as LCB it actually increases our options. I think going 352 could be the way forward Toth Miller. Wharton. McCloughlin Alebiouso. Tronstad. TGH. De Neve Cantwell Ohashi. ???? The ???? could be Gueye, Gudjonsen or Kargbo. Maybe Kargbo as he has a goal.
  6. They have a fantastic manager - they'll be in the playoffs this season.
  7. I groaned when Kargbo came on and couldn't believe it when De Neve came on but against a tired Stoke it looked as if they managed to nick a point. Then moments later we could have had all three. Not a convincing performance overall though.
  8. Id take touch and go -I think we look nailed on to go down. Unless the manager changes.
  9. They aren't, they just had a good start. Their recent form shows that they'll be back in mid table pretty soon. My fear is that we have a lot of players who can play well in short bursts, but few players who can consistently perform for an entire match.
  10. Great response. Started the second like we should’ve started the first; on the front foot. Then they scored against the run of play. Can’t continue being switched off from the start though.
  11. Can’t remember the Blackburn End was that empty for a home league match too. Very depressing time to be a Rovers fan
  12. He was a LB or Wing-back in Belgium, I never quite got why they wanted him to be a winger
  13. Basically. Based on the chances created we should have won it, but we desperately needed a result here - we've lost games we were the equal in, so at least we've come away with something. It's going to be a long hard slog this year.
  14. It’s genuinely a shit league. I know they were away from home, but if that Stoke team are top 6 quality then the rest must be absolute dross
  15. Tbf that last 10 -15 mins was much more like it. Shouldn't have to wait until the 80th minute and a goal down to see a performance though. Well done Cantwell and De Neve.
  16. Take a point to stop the rot. Chuffed for Kargbo!
  17. I think id consider playing de neve at full back next game. Hes athletic like Alebiouso and it made quite a big difference. Also super pleased that we actually managed to get a point back after going behind. We really needed that. And Kargbo looked like he has something.
  18. We don't have enough CBs to play with 3 of them on the pitch at the same time. Only have 4 of them (and 1 of those 4 some of you consider to be a RB).
  19. We seem to swap to it quite often in the 2nd half of games, but we have no CB depth for 2 CBs, let alone 3, which means we'd end up with Pickering/Ribeiro/Miller as CBs which I'm not convinced by.
  20. Happy with a point. We deserved less based on the majority of that game.
  21. Have to take a point gratefully in the circumstances, but it would have been more acceptable if we hadn't lost to Swansea midweek. Tough run of fixtures coming up. Really needed to win one of this or the last match, a single point from both is pretty disappointing. At least we're temporarily out of the relegation spots, I suppose.
  22. I’m elated with a point. That just shows what zero to low expectations does for you.
  23. Im sorry but its touch and go whether this Rovers side takes the drop or not. We're poor fare and we all know it.
