Any idea which one nicko...I can see the Hilton from where I am, I reckon I'd be able to get a good shot in from here if Ince were to emerge...

I think shooting a football manager may just be a tad over the top - may save money in compo - but not recommended action. I think we'll settle for a boot out the door.

What's he doing on telly? he should be sorting players out on the training ground, he's not Noel bloody Edmonds.

What do they do in training? Have a little jog, then sit down for a nice cup of tea and a fairy cake before playing a bit of netball?

Enough bloody excuses. Square your ar5e up and make this team hard to beat, organised, motivated and fit. There's no excuse not to, for what this chap is paid.

I mean, they've just gone off to Ireland for a couple of days to get hammered, what will their training be like on Tues, Weds, Thurs? We'd be better off sticking 11 dustbins out on Saturday.

wasnt in a manchester hotel by any chance?

a studio or office of some sort (?) but I was too busy thinking what a prat he sounded rather than notice his surroundings <_<

Winterburn's interview sums up part of the problem. He was saying he did not realise how little time he would have with the players. Smacks of complete lack of experience. How little time Paul has had to stamp his authority on the team etc

God help us if he spends anymore time managing us.

Lol, that made me laugh, I worked in one for many years! I can just imagine Ince, Knox, Fowler, Winterburn and Ray lining up to sign on :D

and why the (Please don't use that word again), is it a part time employee, who does the talking on tv.. ffs its pitifull.. stinks of bad leadership and incompetence.. at least bring in someone, who is there on a daily basis..

they've had 6 months, how much more time do they need?

he's stuck his flaming stamp on it alright, it's a long brown skid-mark!

Not enough blinking time, what do they clock on for, a quick 90 minutes on the training ground then tally-ho off to the golf course. he didn't realise how little time he'd have with them, did he not read his contract? How much are we paying this oaf a week?

For us to be playing this badly, it's a definite fault in the training department, and we don't blame father Time for that (after all, 24 hours in a day last time I looked).

We blame Rear Admiral Bell-end Ince. He could make tying your shoe-laces look difficult.

Not enough time, I'll give you not enough time you flaming pansy cream-puff netball-playing vest-wearing two-cups-of-sugar in the tea please shandy-drinking puffty french wazzock!

it's December, in May we'll get relegated unless you bloody cardboard cut-outs get thy fingers out AND DO SOMETHING! That's what enough time means!

Who at the club sanctioned Winterburn giving this interview? Surely JW didn't give his sign off for him to be talking to the press making excuses.

Massively unprofessional, no matter who is reponsible.

So far today has been quite painful.

Quite a few 'breaking news' stories on SSN, but sadly not the one I have been looking out for!!

Winterburn interview just came on again, had to change the channel....
