moerpho Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Great stuff first half. Like I said in a different thread it will be close race both for the title and the drop this season. Here's hoping Liverpool go on to win this and don't cave in the 2nd half.

MarkBRFC71 Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Just a shame Arsenal couldn't have won yesterday. Still, barring a United miracle they're only 3 points behind with a game in hand and United to play at the Emirates. ABU (and Burnley )
Iceman Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Was hoping for a United win, as they might need a win against us to win the league

DanLad Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 And that helps Rovers how .... ? United traditionally put out very weakened sides after they have already secured the title. If they win the league with 3 games left they would, possibly, put out a weakened side/not be too bothered about the result when they play us on the penultimate game of the season.

They will surely want to win against us regardlessly, after Venky's sacked Fergie's mate Sam. Especially if it sends us down. Can imagine they'd love that. Here's hoping we'll be safe by then. Go Kenny
G Somerset Rover Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Oh great the weekends news gets better and better. Wolves now beating Spurs.
roverwhelmed Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 This weekend has been the biggest disaster COME ON SPURS! (never thought I'd utter such words)
Majiball Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Maybe Wolves beating spurs will add a bit more pressure?
modes98 Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Hutton should have been sent off but only yellow. Peno to Wolves. 2-2
OJRovers Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Penalty to Wolves How that wasn't a red card I don't know
vintageadidas Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 HOW WAS THAT NOT A RED CARD?? How was Carragher and Fabio not sent off? How did Rooney get away with his elbow? Givet sent off for shouting at the ref in an aggressive way
John Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 3-3 all in the end, Wolves doing something we couldn't do, get a point at home to Spurs.
grizfoot Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Nani's leg. Warning: There will be blood. Funny how he recovered for five seconds or so to try and get the referee to show a red card before falling to the ground again. Although to be fair it was a clear red card, yet another shocking referee decision this weekend.
67splitscreen Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Nani's leg. Warning: There will be blood. Looks slightly different here. My link
dopper69 Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Looks slightly different here. My link Was Nani not wearing shin pads?
AggyBlue Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Plenty of Liverpool players were telling him to get to his feet, Gerard being the main culprit. I expect he'll be lambasted all week on TV, Radio and the printed press as Diouf was. Not. I see ManU didn't give after match comments to the TV, Radio like they are contractually obliged to do. It's time the TV companies stopped giving them any coverage.
adopted scouser Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 He soon jumped up to run round to the ref and start crying though didn't he ? Yes it was a bad tackle but he's s cheating drama queen so I couldn't care less !
