Hughesy Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 THE CLUB WE LOVE IS IN DANGER!! VENKYS READ THIS LOUD & CLEAR.....This guy has taken us from within striking distance of the top 8 to 1 game or so from the bottom 3. Admit the mistake and fire him. We have given him time, but now we have 10 games without a win...and today the performance looked like the players had given up.......STOP THE ROT & get rid now!!! KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH!!

roverandout Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 i agree but it wont happen as the owners are cowards as is kean. If he was half a man he would walk but he wont, we are stuck with him till the end of the season!
G Somerset Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 They bottled it after Fulham away Hughesy. I honestly reckon they need to see our name in the bottom 3 before they act. So furious with the whole situation at our club, how has it come to this?
koi Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Too late I fear, I can't see anyone keeping us up at this stage.
Mattyblue Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Running out of air in that sandbox were you Hughesy? The guy should have gone after Fulham, the chance was ducked, we will now all pay the consequences. 20 years of stability and success on the verge of ruins.
Kelbo Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 If he was a man he would resign now, a bloody fraud and a jerk, as for the stupid indians (dont say that word) OFF now
PAFELL Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 THE CLUB WE LOVE IS IN DANGER!! VENKYS READ THIS LOUD & CLEAR.....This guy has taken us from 9th to withing 1 game or so from the bottom 3. Admit the mistake and fire him. We have given him time, but now we have 10 games without a win...and today the performance looked like the players had given up.......STOP THE ROT & get rid now!!! KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH!! Agreed. But with a few games to go, who do you bring in? It would have to somebody who can make an immediate impact on the players.
LeftWinger Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 READ THIS LOUD & CLEAR.....This guy has taken us from 9th to withing 1 game or so from the bottom 3. We were actually 13th and within 2 games of the bottom 3 when he took over - but the rest of what you say is fair enough.

How many points have we now dropped under this so called manager? A manager would not hold a grudge with his best forward who is the only one who can score he would get it sorted and get him back in the team.. why is Nicko not playing!!!!!

At a guess because he is busy writing his article for the people tomorrow...
Hughesy Posted April 16, 2011 Author Posted April 16, 2011 We were actually 13th and within 2 games of the bottom 3 when he took over - but the rest of what you say is fair enough. lol whatever - The bottom club where miles off anyway! Not anymore. Sam back for 5 games - with £1m bonus if he keeps us up, job done! As for you Matty - keep the personal insults coming, I like it! All iv said is we will stay up, not because of Kean, just because I think the players will keep us up....but today it looked like he had lost the dressing room.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Agreed. But with a few games to go, who do you bring in? It would have to somebody who can make an immediate impact on the players. Honestly Pafell ANYONE. People who say "it's too late for a new Manager to have an impact" need to realise that most Managers have some sort of honeymoon period. I bet even Les Reed would get us a couple more points than Kean would right now. Anyone; Souness, Allardyce, Jol, a chimp, Brian Kidd ANYONE BUT KEAN.

KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH!! Well said Hughesy...christ can we just get a manager in charge...2 pigeons would do a better job than kean and jensen..if i had a quid for every time the cameras went on kean and caught him with his arms folded, looking stupid and trying to figure out where he is...id be a rich man..
Ben-2000 Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Kean has to go... enough is enough. He's not capable of managing in the Prem - it was too much too soon but you can hardly blame him for taking the job. KEAN OUT... get Tony to the rescue once again. ONE Love, ONE Rovers This is soul destroying.
daveoftherovers Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 That performance has broken my last piece of hope, sorry, he has to go now, that capitulation, against a team with lots of injuries, on top of that really poor run of results means he has to go for me, if he had some dignity, he would now step aside and accept that he isn't getting the best out of players, he should take his new staff with him also. Please Venky's, act now and bring in a proven manager, now.
LeftWinger Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Sam back for 5 games - with £1m bonus if he keeps us up, job done! Spot on. 100k a game with a big bonus if we stay up. Everyone's a winner with that deal.
PAFELL Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 CAN EVERY RESPONSE BE IN GIANT LETTERS AND MAYBE EVEN IN HINDI IF IT GETS THE OWNERS TO SODDING LISTEN TO SENSE It needs to made clear in the international media, that Rovers fans want Kean sacked now.
Darwen Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Winning mentality???????? More like relegation mentality!!!!!!!! Fire this clown in bring back a proper manager.... Big Sam was a well respected mgr and we (venkys / rovers) treated him like crap... John Williams and Sam wouldv taken our club n replicated the Bolton era when Sam was there but no.. 'we wanted good looking football' hope the venkys / Sam dissers are enjoying our slick one touch football without a win... I'm not often furious about what is ultimately a football game.. But the lack of action now and the poor action relieving two class men has culminated in me fuming!! Keane won't go, why should he forfeit the right to £2m would anyone else?!?! Venkys rectify the mistake you made and get JW back and perhaps even Sam as right now I can't think of anyone else that can save us and your investment!!
G Somerset Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 It needs to made clear in the international media, that Rovers fans want Kean sacked now. Any help off Nicko? Oh I forgot they're good pals. He's a "gem" and gives a "great presser".
Darwen Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Can't see Sam coming back... However... Martin o neill would be just the man ms thinks??!!!
Balwer Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Agreed. But with a few games to go, who do you bring in? It would have to somebody who can make an immediate impact on the players. I'd bring in someone who has managed a football team before, preferably a professional one. Don't really care if he doesn't say a word at pressers to be honest, nor am I overly concerned if he's well thought of as a good thinker in the game, or how great his work ethic is. Surely that's not too big a demand list is it?
