CrazyIvan Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 How about a little light entertainment... Can anyone name all of the shirt and club sponsors since Rovers got into the Premiership? So, since 1992 then 1992/3 1993/4 1994/5 1995/6 1996/7 1997/8 1998/9 1999/2000 2000/1 Kappa and Time 2001/2 2002/3 2003/4 2004/5 2005/6 2006/7 2007/8 2008/9 2009/10 2010/11 Umbro and Crown I've put a couple in to get things started...

bob fleming Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Ah yes. But in which season, as a one off game, did we have Coors on the shirt and who did we play at home? It did happen. I think I remember who we played but someone will know for sure. Surely?
Mattyblue Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Nottingham Forest. 1992/93. Mark Crossley threw one in!
bob fleming Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Nottingham Forest. 1992/93. Mark Crossley threw one in! Good work Matty! I thought it was Forest. 4 -1?
Iceman Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 this is cool, should turn the thread into a Q&A. would be fun... btw, anybody know how many hattricks(sp) Shearer scored for Rovers?
bob fleming Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 this is cool, should turn the thread into a Q&A. would be fun... btw, anybody know how many hattricks(sp) Shearer scored for Rovers? Nope. But I think he got three in the 1995/96 season, one of which was against QPR and his 3rd is still the best goal I have ever seen. He got one at Leeds away before then (92/93 again?) and we drew 3-3 in a fantastic game. Who got Rovers last hat trick? RSC at Wigan?
Nelsta Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Who holds the record for fast hat-trick in european competition? Sorry that was meant to say the fastest hat-trick.....dam blackberry!
Hughesy Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Who holds the record for fast hat-trick in european competition? Sorry that was meant to say the fastest hat-trick.....dam blackberry! Mike Newell
RailwayRover Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Who got Rovers last hat trick? RSC at Wigan? Didnt mame diouf did get a hatrick in the cup this year versus norwich?
bob fleming Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Who got Rovers last hat trick? RSC at Wigan? Didnt mame diouf did get a hatrick in the cup this year versus norwich? Yes! He did. I had a feeling I was wrong about RSC. Newell against Rosenburg at Ewood. 9 Minute hat trick.
Ricky Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Also worth mentioning that newells was a perfect hat trick iirc
Ozz Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 As opposed to them really crappy Champions League at tricks Ricky? Nightmare them!
