Nail on head. 

On Dolan, he has a good game in every 5 or so, usually when we're away from home and we play on the counter, which suits him I think.

As you say though, he's not the only one.

It’s been the story of the decade and why we never do more than tread water. But Dolan at least has something to offer, like many others have - standard Championship players.

Markanday I’m afraid just looks like he’s never going to make it at this level.
