Rovers need TWO kits - home and away. We could have used both this year to properly commemorate the anniversary - a retro / one off home shirt and then an away shirt - perhaps the gold version with other anniversary references. Job done. Get adequate stock in over the summer and ensure the shelves are full through the season. Totally needless for us to have 3 kits in any season. The blue and white halves does the job in most games and an away shirt to be used at Millwall/QPR/Preston/Birmingham/WBA/Leicester/Portsmouth Totally needless to release a 'one-off' special kit for the anniversary game. Why not just use this all season and make the most of it? And in the end the whole thing botched by people who have no idea (I'm not sure what commercial experience the likes of Suhail and Sufi have but certainly not enough to be running a multi-million pound organisation). You might have had people willing to pay £80+ for that white Maltese shirt for the occasion of Saturday. But are they really going to pay that much for a shirt released in January and never worn in a match? And Sheffield Wednesday. Quote

I saw some people with it on the home shirt yesterday and it is put higher up on that like where the players have it I think it would look better in between the badge and Macron logo? Feels like a severe after thought having it so far down. Quote

Fans can wear it for the 150th season and store it away for memory. Too late for all that now. The moment has passed. We lost the game. Can't see anyone buying one now Quote
Mattyblue Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Could’ve put the borough coat of arms on the green one, Maltese cross alongside the rose on the home (or on the yellow). All very quick solutions, instead, as usual, they somehow end up providing nothing. Quote
Tim Southampton Rover Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Is the anniversary legends full game available to watch anywhere? Quote
arbitro Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I do wonder if Pasha himself has bought any of the shirts or for that matter how much he pays for his season ticket and tickets for away games. On the contrary him and his acolytes take huge sums our of the club for very little return. It's amazing though that for the Bradford game the Riverside was shut because it would have cost too much to open. Yet on Saturday the top tier of the Blackburn End was opened for what looked like a couple of hundred. Double standards? 2 Quote

Mattyblue Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Only BwD schools though, certainly not any other parts of east Lancs, don’t want to step on to Accy Stanley’s territory. 1 Quote

Lol, plenty in our Borough. They've missed another opportunity to get young fans, the future of our club in. I don't claim to be an expert on marketing or even a figures guy but there was ample opportunity to fill the place, businesses, schools or the like. Quote
JHRover Posted 37 minutes ago Posted 37 minutes ago Judging by the numbers sat up there it even looks like interest in Yasir's free bus is on the wane. Quote

Feels like a severe after thought having it so far down. I actually think that it looks slightly better lower down. The gold badge right next to the normal badge makes it look cluttered and even more of an afterthought than it already was imo. Either way, bsolute disgrace though that people are being invited to make the effort to have a transfer put on months after buying a shirt. The home shirt this year should have had one badge only with some nice gold detailing around the normal badge to make it a unique one off design with gold lettering underneath commemorating the anniversary similar to the Centenary shirt. As with the alleged additional all white commemorative kit it comes over like they've messed it up deliberately to piss people off and spoil the anniversary year even more than the results are doing.
