I have said it before, but with Hedges out and potentially Alebiosu off it wouldn't be daft to re think the system a bit - we might genuinely be going back to playing with wingers, Morishita and this guy on paper might be pretty good.

Not that I can remember how long Morishita is out for... he's back soon, right??

Back in a couple of weeks I think.

Yeah 2 weeks him, Gudjohnsen and possibly Carter should be back hopefully

Alebiosu not likely going to be here next season / if he gets injured again this season there’s adequate back up

but my main issue as outlined we need a striker an this shouldn’t be championed as one of the two strikers that we need

Imo we need people who can improve the first X1 before we worry about back up.

If he can do a decent job at LWB might be OK I suppose.

Yeah seen this. Seems solid.

Think I'd be happy with him, looks pretty good, able to move, and has some tricks up his sleeve.

Looks very comfortable and composed on the ball. That in itself is an upgrade on whoever he is going to keep out of the team.

Definitely and isn't, by the looks of it, scared of cutting in and being a pest. I like it (aha aha)

Impressive signing. Interesting to see where we play him.

Still need a striker.

2 strikers.

Any indication whether this guy is permanent or loan?

Pretty sure this will be our LWB for rest of the season. Has been playing RWB all season but is left footed so should fit in nicely.

Pickering/Riberio got to be heading out the door.

Hope this has an option for perm - great signing if so. Striker next please.

Well alebiosu isn’t going to be available for Ipswich Swansea and likely Watford

Only potentially a great signing if permanent.

He's left footed I believe wonder if he'd jump across to left wing back seeing as Hedges is more than likely to be back up after injury

Glad someone else clocked this. Seems an obvious one instead of panicking about Alebiosu
