  1. This team could play all day and not score, but we knew that from kick off.
  2. Broughton has a lot to answer for but has the manager taking the flak. A fucking imposter.
  3. Yep, let's disregard the top scorer being out. Who'd miss that? We have a shit squad and we're lucky to be where we are. It won't change till Venkys put their hands in their pockets and Gregg Broughton stops the talk and delivers.
  4. It also helps that they've scored a couple of lucky goals. They've had two shots and scored. And let's not forget where Rotherham are. I wouldn't be praising their model much.
  5. We need a striker! Replace that over expensive but loveable lump with someone who can actually score goals. We have a couple of decent strikers today and we win. Same as Boro. It doesn't really get as simple as that. I agree about buying a couple of midfielders but you'll still get the same result as there aren't enough goals in the team and it's been the same for 18 months so it's not as if we didn't know.
  6. Some embarassing comments on here today. Rotherham have scored two goals the like of which they'll probably never score this season, the second was questionable. Our top scorer is out along with three other players. Our only striker is Gallagher, a player that's often overrated by fans but in reality has never been any good. We're that threadbare we're playing youth players. If this team runs out every week we're down the bottom. Gallagher misses, Hedges misses, Dack misses. Managers fault.
  7. Shocking but Rathbone has played well and deserved that. He's got everything Rovers need, a bit of passion and fight.
  8. Can we sign Rathbone? He's only doing a job but he's done more than any of ours.
  9. We have zero height up front with him.
  10. I imagine you aren't watching the game. Gallagher has been by far the worst player on the pitch, he's clearly not up for it and struggling with his lack of ability.
  11. I'm glad someone else can see it the way I do. Our forward players are really letting us down. And it's not like it didn't happen under Mowbray. It was that fucker that assembled a team without a decent number 9.
  12. Rotherham don't deserve to be 1-0 up. Rovers the better team. What was Pickering doing with that pass? Gallagher is very bad. Vale not offering much but his hold up play earlier in the game was good. Dack is having the best game in a long time. He has better players in front of him and we win, simple as that. Keeper has gone unchallenged, Rotherham look a poor team but we have no goalscorers. I'd bring Dolan on as I think he'll run their defence ragged. I haven't seen much of Markanday but can he be any worse than Gallagher? I think we'll see Travis for Garrett too.
  13. Gallagher in particular. It must be like playing alongside a lobotomy patient. Some of Dack's play is beyond this league.
  14. Their defence is terrible. You can see visible tears* in their eyes every time we're going forward. Pity we've no one to capitilise on it. *note, I'm not ruling out tears of laughter.
  15. No need to imagine, just rewatch the Boro game.
  16. Vale is actually holding up the ball well, Gallagher is terrible. I'd replace him with a cone.
  17. We're the better team here but the keeper isn't being tested. But look at Rotherham, crap team conceding goals and signed a defender. Rovers desperate for more goals. Halfway through the window and nothing.
  18. And so are Rotherham, which makes this even more depressing. The universe has conspired, along with Venkys and our new DoF, to make this a difficult contest.
  19. We may as well give up, not enough character to come back.
  20. Gallagher's missed about four decent chances recently.
  21. And Burnley are crying over losing Harwood Bellis. Already a thin squad and now without four players and an empty loanee place. I fully expect one of the starters to go off injured as we average one a week. I can't remember Sky or national press mentioning our injury problems but plenty of shock horror headlines about Harwood Bellis and Burnley's injury crisis.
  22. Another game struggling for goals, a problem still not addressed since the beginning of the 2021/22 season. Prove me wrong Rovers.
  23. 23 appearances, Bournemouth youth who never really broke into the team. 3 appearances in a poor Stoke side. That's our man!
