  1. That was a reflection of the worst of Mowbray in 45 minutes. Please don't take me back!
  2. Too many passengers, we were pushing things by having players like Pickering as a first teamer and Wharton out, but to also have Vale and Dolan on. Smodics looks like he's never seen a football before. Buckley looks like he's been on the piss.
  3. Mowbray's definitely lost this team.
  4. Blimey Pickering is a bad fullback.
  5. Needed changes 40 minutes ago.
  6. Was never going to happen with Vale and Dolan up front. I hope JDT has learned his lesson.
  7. Very naive of JDT but part of the problem is the squad.
  8. Smodics so poor losing the ball then. Wtf has happened to the team, they all look stoned.
  9. This is really poor from Rovers. Passing it out of defence and continuously losing it. The deficiencies in the team are for all to see tonight.
  10. Another one cleared off the line.
  11. Reading almost scored, cleared off the line. Too many passengers.
  12. Yes, someone needs to tell him he's not in a friendly.
  13. Dolan and Vale aren't starters. Nor is Pickering to be fair.
  14. Rovers are playing crap. Maybe a few thought they'd walk this one.
  15. Overall this all sounds treemendous.
  16. The goal he scored on Sunday will have alerted PL clubs. PL quality should come with a PL price tag though.
  17. It could ruin him as a player. Everton are an odd club. He'll go from playing every week scoring goals and raising his profile, to being messed around as a squad player with various managers, scoring the odd goal when he's able to in a mediocre to poor team.
  18. I've seen people say Edun did okay when he came on. I can't see how anyone could say he did anything but poorly. Even off the ball he didn't seem to know what he was supposed to be doing, wandering about half asleep. Or maybe he just wasn't happy to be there, he didn't look it. Maybe the heat affected him but it's the worst I've seen from him.
  19. Loads of draws too.
  20. He's not had the best start but he's playing in a side doing poorly at the moment. He was my pick for who TM should get to replace BBD when he was away in Chile.
  21. On a different PL related topic, I'm really enjoying watching Man Utd falter. United fans have always been such a bunch of entitled superiority complex laden bunch. And the "Theatre of Dreams" always seemed pretentious for such a big toilet. At the moment it feels good to be a Rover.
  22. It'd be a nice twist if he ended his career with us and we ended up back in the PL with him as our Hendry type at the back, but his injury record is pretty terrifying. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/phil-jones/verletzungen/spieler/117996
  23. In the history books this will be noted as the age that context died. It was a man's game, he was talking about mens football. Also he was using it as a figure of speech, meaning, it's not a game for boys. I hope he doesn't apologise. Edit: he hasn't. And his reply is brilliant. Bravo Souey! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/62548431
  24. They'll need him when they drop a division 🤣
