This is a continuation of the Swansea game, but we always look poor with Cantwell playing. And Forshaw leaves a big gap in midfield. He just can’t keep up. -

We don’t look good in midfield or upfront too. -

Anyone else notice that after decent passing well, Dolan losing the ball twice in the space of a minute. Pissing about instead of keeping it simple. -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach
booth replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Not sure about that. I've seen just as terrible performances with Eustace in charge with siege mentality just as absent. The players (but mainly the club for signing/sticking with them) have got to take some blame. Hedges not good enough, Forshaw and Weimann too old, Dolan inconsistent. -

"Maximum two touches" - some of our players are going to be in tears.

Both are/were awful. Andrews is the worst player I've seen in a Rovers shirt. And in all the matches I went to I haven't heard anyone boo either of them.

Play offs - hypothetical scenario

The amount of games in that time is completely irrelevant. Lancashire was blue and white. Those cuts run deep. And that’s a good thing for Burnley. If the amount of games had been more it would have been terribly embarrassing for you. Do you know your own history? There was a reason the amount of games in 34 years wasn’t that many. We were dominant for much of that time but Burnley were saved from being terrorised by the likes of Alan Shearer and Andy Cole because they were making the gulf even bigger all on their own. 34 years and the shadow cast during that time means yourself and the likes of you still obsess over Rovers more so than any success of your own. You’ve only got to look at Rovers Facebook page to see how many Burnley fans follow Rovers as much as their own team. I’ve never even visited Burnley’s FB page nor would I ever join their web forum. -
Wagner would be decent all things considered.
-
Kargbo and Buckley look better than the players they replaced but by the time they came on heads had dropped. Dennis doesn't look match fit to me.
-
I hope so! I actually doubt he managed this one. I think he just picked some names and said off you go, then stood on the touchline for ninety plus minutes.
-
People knocking Lampard but he's a dream manager compared to what we have/will get.
-
And this is why Suhail should be nowhere near a football club. I wouldn't let him organise a raffle.
-
We look leaderless.
-
Promotion would mean putting a shift in for him and spending money for them. They don't want it. Never have.

This is on Lowe. What a lacklustre selection, it's not like he hasn't seen certain players play badly over the last couple of games and had subs bail him out, but he's bizarrely stuck with them. Dear me.
-
Forshaw, misplaces a pass then instead of chasing for it just watches, then allows the player with the ball to walk past him. Trots back with no urgency, we almost concede a goal.
-
2-0 down. Forwards, forwards into a decent position, pass backwards, pass backwards pass backwards. All the way back, no urgency, no application or creativity. What happens when you pick a bunch of players better better suited to L1.

Ha ha! You’re still trying to avenge 34 years of hurt. -
I see Chaddy has pressed his insufferability button. It's the price we have to pay for a bit of success sadly. He has to tell everyone he was right and they are wrong. Ignoring the fact that he's been wrong since Venkys arrived.

What a great win. Similar to WBA in that the first half was dire and the second we were on fire. What a player Kargbo looks and Ribiero was great. I'll say it again, we've missed Travis massively. A shame Mak didn't get a goal, he deserved one. Nice to see King Kenny at Ewood. All those memories came flooding back. When we were promoted to the PL via the play offs, I and some friends waited outside of the town hall before the crowds turned up. Then within an hour it was jam packed but we were still at the front. 15 years old, just left high school and got to shake the hands of almost all the team and Jack, then Kenny walked past and I shouted Kenny, he turned round, smiled and shook my hand, right in front of a Granada Reports camera, and it was featured on the news. What great days they were, the town was buzzing. Can we invite him back every home game. Reinstate him as director of football just to pop in to give a pep talk. -

Their worst defeat in almost four years. https://talksport.com/football/2930901/john-eustace-nightmare-start-derby-qpr-blackburn-rovers/ -
To be fair to Simon Jordan he was cutting about Venkys appointment of Kean, which made Jim White come to his defence which Jordan didn't seem impressed with.
