I hate to be positive as this team seems to have a habit of filling you with false hope then going into freefall, but if you look at the league table our playoff hopes aren't that slim and the teams inhabiting the top 6 places are all fallible.

A win against Millwall and we could be with a bit of luck.

Far better player than Evans and does a lot more than it seems. He's never going to be a player that grabs the headlines but for me he's an improvement on other players in that position.

Gallagher and especially Brereton actually looked like players tonight, but everyone contributed to the result. When they click they click, I hope they can find some consistency.

Good post. Even the league table would suggest that there are 13 managers better than the one we have. Last season 10 managers. In any case we were poor today with a decent team out on the pitch. The referee was terrible but that shouldn't take anything away from the fact the team looked like they were going through the motions for the majority of the match.

It would be pointless, there are superior managers but they'll never be picked.

Just 4 wins in 12 games in a league with some very poor teams and millions on the pitch - someone needs to lose their job.

I thought Rovers were crap for the most part. A few bright spells in a dull game. As usual lots of possession but overall best forgotten.
