Nonsense. More like he knows about plenty of brickbats he has received here and on social media regarding his ability. He knows he is going nowhere. And for the record, I think he is a good pro. Always works hard for the team and any given manager, sometimes looks less than average (cf all the criticism on these boards recently) sometimes produces top finishes.

Amusing really. These boards were in full blown pessimism of late (and not without reason). Hedges? Shite. Kargbo? Head down, shite. Montgomery? Shite. Tavares? A bit shite, can’t go a full game. Cantwell? Shite, show pony, flatters to deceive. And up we pop today, classic Rovers, they all click and play to their full potential. Long season. Pessimists and optimists will have their days. But no mistaking the shite at the top. Most agree there (although some ignore it and are happy to espouse the club orthodoxy). For the record, I’m sure you realise, I’m of the pessimistic slant. You’ve gotta love today but really just a plaster on gangrene. I get it that some can focus on what goes on at matchday and screen out shall we say political machinations (and I can do that too). Going up was mentioned (as a way to generate money to allow an exit.) Does going down offer similar options?

Yawn. There is no incongruence here (unless you childishly try to look for it.) They don't care about the fans (only reducing expenditure). They don't try to make them feel better -they put out publicity/spin to justify their own actions and present their behaviour as the only option available.

I watched the replay over and over and couldn't decide. Ref has an instant call and no VAR. I thought he defintiely got it wrong in the 1st half -trip on Alebiosu that wasn't (excellent subtle fall by their defender) -but of course Alebiosu didn't score anyway and I think he got his shot off after the ref blew the whistle. All academic now -1-1 would have been fair, but if you can't defend properly...

Could you elaborate further? What is this SBI instrument? (bank?) How much did they borrow? Are you saying that amount is now spent and this is the reason for the dramatic budget cuts? If it is an Indian bank, what are the terms of payback? Can it just go on indefinitely? Who is the borrowing signitory (sic)? Are you suggesting that the only way the Raos leave is if one of i-iii of your list happens?

On NDAs If your break one, what is the come back? Financial? If you break one say because you know you are dying (sorry to be morbid) can any penalisation be passed to your family? What is to stop someone with an NDA using mouthpieces to get the story out -too traceable?

So there does appear to be a great deal of circumstantial (maybe more?) evidence (and this has been around for a long time now) that the teller of fairy stories who has problems with nose picking according to some still has fingers in the pie. All allegedly of course. Could it be that this person and associates have far too much dirt on both the Raos and the EFL that they would not like to come to light, that an ‘understanding’ is in place – we won’t shed any embarrassing light on matters if the revolving door of players is maintained? If this is the case, it begs the question, how long will it continue –how long will this plodding along last? Until one or more of the actors is no longer with us? Until, it is so long the EFL wouldn’t be embarrassed? All allegedly and imho of course.
