Possibly, I haven't followed him really. That said, if he does leave then never playing him has probably contributed to that no? The articles in the summer suggested he was sticking around because he was going to be in and around the first team from what I remember.

I think Miller has lost their forward every time they've come at us, we're just lucky that they're yet to stay onside.

Tyjon would be the obvious one. All the talk before the season about how important it was for him to be in and around the squad and has he even been on the bench this season?

3 or 4 that I've seen, we've been lucky that throwing a body at it has been enough. We're defensively all over the place.

I think I agree with that. I don't think we were troubled by Millwall really but by the same note we rarely create chances unless they are gifted to us. If we can improve in that area I think we'll be fine, but it'll take more than this result to convince me we're safe. Under Coyle SG was reasonably good and I'd hoped on his return he was going to kick on but we never really played to his strengths. I don't think it helped that we paid a relative fortune for him and then played him out of position for years - that money on him and Diaz could have been used much more wisely (Diaz came good but then we fumbled the sale).

Cantwell, Ohashi, Litherland candidates fo MotM for me.

2 desperately poor teams and a half devoid of entertainment but for once we've capitalised on opposition mistakes. Hopefully we can see this one out.

Gudjohnsen is absolutely awful at anywhere more thsn 5 yards from the goal.

A team that already had no attacking quality stacking defensive players. Every time I think it can't get any worse they find a way.

The main takeaway I get from that is that the recruitment team allegedly planned these signings to fit a specific plan and it took 8 games to realise none of them were capable of playing it. Even if we do make signings in January I have zero faith that they will be what we need.

Can't complain at all with that, and it will put to rest my umming and ahhing over whether I get a new shirt. I don't get to many home games anyway, but I'll aim for the Wednesday away game rather than the home games over the Christmas period. As others have said, whether there is a significant fanbase left to completely boycott remains to be seen, but there's no harm in trying. Already seeing a lot of backlash on certain areas of social media.

Even if we did it's the same recruitment team that's added complete guff in the last two windows - it's highly unlikely that will change in this one.

We generally look better away from home and honestly I think if the home crowd are loud it will actually help rather than hinder. This is a must-not-lose, and I think we will do that - just. Pompey 1-1 Rovers
