  1. Maybe it's his current comments but if we do go down I'd want Eustace nowhere near a League One campaign - I honestly can't understand what it is that has him so highly regarded at St Andrews. In any case, if we end up in league one it needs a full reset, with Waggott and Broughton gone. We won't be coming back next season without a miracle. On the game on Saturday, all the noises coming out of the team seem to be trying to offload all of the pressure onto the fans, which considering the run we're on is only going to backfire if they don't turn up again. I get that the fans in general are not in the best of moods at the moment, but that's why it require the likes of Hyam and Szmodics to motivate the team to give the fans a reason to make some noise. That isn't tapping it around the back for half an hour, it's actually going for it in arguably our only winnable game left. Rovers 1-1 Plymouth
  2. The more he talks the clearer it is that he was a panic choice because JDT was leaving and Waggott needed someone to spout pleasantries to try and keep at least the happy clappers on side. The sooner he goes the better, talks the talk and that's literally it.
  3. We had to win tonight and Saturday to have even a slight chance of staying up I feel. The lack of desire or effort shown yet again shows me that this isn't going to change. There are maybe five people in the entire player/management/corporate structure that I would care about not being here next season. I can take being awful, I can't take being awful and not trying.
  4. We will be desperate for money and we've proven we don't care about getting market value for players.
  5. Maybe he should give it one on the pitch for once. The fact that he's captain over Sammie is a joke.
  6. We're all in it together though! Why won't you happy clap along?
  7. They made a shrewd appointment instead of panicking and picking the first bum willing to take the job.
  8. So we've traded pretty but ineffective football to abysmal but ineffective football. Nothing I've seen so far makes me want Eustace here longer than this month let alone past this season.
  9. Imagine if they were actuslly up front with these things instead of just dragging them out every game
  10. Even away from the keeper, the fact that he was whining about how tired everyone was and has picked basicslly the same team is majorly worrying. It's not enough but with that lineup I'd take a draw.
  11. Clearly a tactic with the new appointment to make the fans turn on each other rather than management. Every interview since JDT left has been all "we're all in this together" and "we need the fans" yet as far as I can tell the fans are literally the only ones who have held up their end of the bargain all season.
  12. Exactly this, this squad has no fight in any game that requires any pressure. We're as good as down, and Waggott's cheerleader won't be able to do a thing about it. Would love to be wrong
  13. I have no expectation that we'll get even one point if I'm honest.
  14. If he has said that then for me his position is untenable, but he's honestly here mostly as a shield for upper management anyway so it won't change anything. You can't run a club where the people running it feel nothing but contempt for it.
  15. Playing staff has been gutted, promising manager not backed and replaced by a happy clapping cheerleader - we're done. This time we will not be coming back either.
  16. The club is rotten to the core. There is not a single member of the upper management who I would care about keeping and I could probably count on one hand the players that I'd care about having next season. Waggott has done it again - it's criminal that he can get away with killing club after club with zero consequences.
  17. Has been most of the season. Occasionally pops up with a goal or assit but offers little in general play.
  18. Classic Rovers, only ever turn up when there's no pressure to perform. All the optimism from midweek blown up in 45minutes. Seems the manager is Waggott's yes man who came in to stop the fans revolting, but clearly can't get the wins needed to save us. We're going down and we won't be coming back. Venkys Out
  19. Being able to stop like that in the run up is ridiculous, should have to retake
