Burnley have typically come unstuck against teams that play less football and aren't scared about staying defensively resolute for long periods. That isn't us - we'll just have to pray they don't turn up and I just don't see it. Even my heart says 2-0 Dingles, title goes to them and our play-off bid again finishes in an utter shambles.

And every time they do the financial gap becomes bigger and bigger. The only way of closing that gap is by getting promoted but the board/owners seem to have no ambition to do so.

Probably because it's the manager's job to coach them on how to reduce the errors as they mature, or to manage the game in a way that limits the opportunity to make the errors in the first place. JDT is consistently doing the opposite.

I disagree, we literally just got goal of the month for a superb counter attacking goal. We are great on the counter attack, but teams know that and let us have the ball that we then proceed to do nothing with.

I don't see it. I think they desperately wanted to win it at Ewood and they are far more likely to turn up. On today's game, that team looks incredibly short of goals. This could easily become one of the worst weeks in the club's recent memory.

Absolutely pathetic by the club again. There's absolutely zero ambition from top to bottom and then they expect the fans to buy into it. GB has messed up with recruitment, but JDT either doesn't care, or has no ability to change. To lose 17+ games in a season and by in the top 10 is pure luck, that is absolutely pathetic. If you add in the away performances and the absolute inability to show any amount of fight, that screams that the manager isn't good enough. Warnock is showing what a good manager can really do with a bad squad. He's levels above JDT.

No balls in this team. Season is done, only further thrashings v Preston and Burnley to come. I though we'd turned a corner in February but it's clear we're not up to it. Yeah, Warnock knows how to get a team up for a game. Venky's blowing him off for Coyle really is one of the dumbest decisions they've made since we went down.

Really not a fan of Morton even in the changed formation, as I've seen very little to suggest he's up to it at this level. However, JDT clearly wants to try something new and that's what we need to do because today is absolutely a must win game.
