  1. I spotted several shirts for sale on this site on eBay for anyone who may be interested: https://ebay.co.uk/usr/fortbravecoinage They range in price from £10 to £25 and a couple are signed by the squad, all appear in mint condition
  2. What's that full kit w****r up to, who sits just to the right of the away fans at the Reading Stadium ?(unsure what it's called these days) He looks a real knob! Fair play to you coming on here and giving an alternative, objective view from the opposition. It's a refreshing approach. Enjoy the game and hope you have a miserable evening. COYB!! (The proper blues with a history!) Hope you enjoy the game but are miserable as sin afterwards
  3. As TV viewing it will be absolute shite. I'll be having a look on catch up though purely as a consequence of Dack's involvement. Olivia is in the same category as a host of other brainless, Essex bimbos for me. Bradley would do much better with a northern lass.
  4. Dack will need to prove his fitness over a period of time before he sits down to discuss a new deal or consider moving on.
  5. I'd pick the same starting eleven from Saturday, unless anyone is struggling with fitness. The 2 games where we've struggled to break down teams (Cardiff and Forest), Nyambe had replaced JRC at right back. Let Reading worry about us and us have the nous to cope with their obvious gameplan. If their fullbacks are pressed back and concerned foremost with containing Elliott/Dolan, Brereton, JRC and Douglas, they shouldn't venture forward too much. Key for me is getting an early goal, do that and I think we'll win.
  6. A bit harsh on Brereton. That being the case though and keeping the same formation and pattern of play, that would mean Dack playing in the left wide forward role as things stand and I don't think that suits Dack at all. He is our talisman but left wide forward? Would we shunt Armstrong out wide to accommodate Dack? As Tyrone and philipl have said, it's all hypothetical at the minute as he's not fit. Wait a month or so though.....
  7. The only area Rhodes is better than Armstrong is in the 6 yard box or one v ones.
  8. Maybe a tad! You're no help though, you're another who evades the question. If Dack's in the starting eleven, where does he play and who would he replace? You're all just confirming I'm not alone having a conundrum! Up to now I agree with chaddy, best he could hope for is a place on the bench.
  9. Funnily enough, that's exactly what my son suggested too. But as I asked him, who makes way?
  10. That's not what I asked. Yeh he can create and can score, I agree. I'm not sure where he'd fit in though or who he'd replace currently without it adversely affecting our style of play. Some have said replace Holtby with Dack, I can't see that as Holtby has been the positive fulcrum to most of our attacking play and I can't see Dack being as effective in that role. Where would you play him in any of your suggested formations? He's a cracking player for a lump of lard with no pace but it's a conundrum for me!
  11. indeed. I think Nyambe would fare much better in a back 3. Looking at our options going forward and the players now in our armoury, I wouldn't be averse to us adopting that tactic on occasions in the future, featuring Nyambe. There's a right and wrong way to deal with players and there's no doubt that on occasions, certain players get a raw deal.
  12. Did he not do that Tony? I assumed Mowbray saw JRC as a better attacking option as I do. What was his stated reason for dropping Nyambe? I haven't seen any quotes from Mowbray but if it was knocking Rhino yet again, I'd agree with you, it would be out of order.
  13. I think he must have been on something for 2 years and now he's been weaned off it. How else can you explain the difference?
  14. Ok, even more ridiculous then. Wimbledon became MK Dons and moved and the 'new' Wimbledon play at Loftus Road but you no doubt knew that ARA!
  15. Assuming Brad comes back a similar player he was prior to his injury, considering his style, strengths and weaknesses, where would he be best incorporated into the current team. It's a bit of a quandary for me because I think he'd struggle with our high tempo style of play. Nobody can doubt his ability on the ball and his goalscoring knack but I scratch my head to see who he'd replace or where he'd best fit in. What are others thoughts?....
  16. Ridiculous but correct. Similarly Wimbledon play in Milton Keynes!
  17. He was a better finisher but not a better player in my view.
  18. I disagree with you against better teams because I feel Johnson offers more than Rothwell defensively. Against teams that are likely to sit back, I'd play Rothwell as opposed to Johnson.
  19. I wouldn't change that after today's showing. Rothwell will have to bide his time after traipsing round Blackpool irresponsibly and contracting Covid as a consequence. Who knows, it may also leave him with lasting breathing difficulties but hopefully not. I agree, he's looked a different player this season but surely you wouldn't advocate any change from today's line up based on that performance?
