  1. Sadly true, as we will one day to Venky Rovers playing at Balaji Park in pale blue and white kit. Well apart from me and a few others.
  2. On instagram you get bright vivid flashing colours plus the odd pink elephant or ? albatross, or so I've been told, allegedly. Definitely no Man City blue.
  3. I think the late sponsor deal also dictated a pale blue usage so the sponsor's logo could been seen. I don't go along with colours being chosen months in advance of shirt issue.
  4. Thanks to you and JB for detailed and understandable responses. With Rovers biggest and best fan MB adopting this seasons colour scheme I hope the Club do not take it as a thumbs up for a longer use of insipid blue. COYB.
  5. Are you suggesting or do you know that the Club are re-branding to a pale blue on a permanent basis? I truly hope that 'NO' is the answer. The other improvements to the site all look like good upgrades.
  6. It is bloody awful. Why change for what is hopefully just a passing fancy, in bad taste.
  7. The changing face of the Championship: https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/changing-face-championship-how-englands-second-tier-shifted-its-style
  8. 5th Round(?) and in just over a week they had played those 3 games, no interference from TV then.
  9. With Ritchie in goal I think we can already do that bar a big target striker. Maybe Richie can do that too.
  10. Thanks. I did not know Talksport had the likes of them, I will give it a go.
  11. You must have had a great trip. Did you get mixed up in the hotel debacle? I heard Anderson on Tailenders podcast slagging off the hotel used by England in Kandy. He refused to name it. This was a day or more before the match started so not sure if he meant the hotel England moved from or to. I live in a hot place but amazed at the England fans sunbathing for hours, not my idea of fun. I would be in the shade, watching the cricket with beer in hand, lol.
  12. Thankfully TMS still produce the best cricket Podcasts with speakers who know their stuff.
  13. Well, thats one way of looking at it. ?
  14. Have a Poll. I vote NO!!!
  15. Agreed. I have rewatched old Holmes movies and TV series many times over the years, never boring and always get a new angle on the plots. On Basil I'm amazed he found the time to play so many games for Rovers with so many other projects on the go. What a trooper! ?
  16. I see the PL have appointed a top media executive as the new CEO, expect even more PL and EFL media exposure.
  17. OK progress.. London wide boy.. In Marbella... with the Town(?) crowd... Just like a basic IQ test or a silly Internet quiz. Still it passed a couple of minutes.
  18. I feel quite fortunate to be of an age to not have a clue what that means...I have heard of Instagram though.
  19. Haven't seen any if made in past few years. I have watched all the old movies and TV series and read quite a lot of the books. Still like the old ones. I got addicted to torrents a couple of years ago so have enough stuff to watch for 10 lifetimes, and most is now on YouTube anyway
  20. Good Pod. I only wish it had been a bit longer. Saw a really interesting bit on Souness on Sky a week or so back. He looks in good nick.
  21. Did Strachan chip in from quite a distance? Without checking that's the image I've got.
  22. Basil gave perhaps the finest portrayal of Holmes of all. Doctor Watson didn't play for Rovers but Rathbone did. Elementary.
