Den, I'd like to see a list of "solid" premiership strikers who lit the top flight up before 21. Even when Bellamy was Derbs' age he was only scoring 6 in 34 for Coventry. I know he's not a striker, but wasn't Beckham even going on loan when he was Derbs' age? (The interesting thing is that I'm trying to think of Premiership strikers who are with the club they came up with and am having trouble.)

From Paul's post on page 105, it says "JW stated to BRISA the average revenue per seat over a season was £13." Is that per seat filled, or per seat in the stadium? If it's based on the average of 7-8,000 empty seats per match (or so it seems) then I'd believe it.

And Sturrock is a genius. Curbishly did great at Charlton with limited resources, look at where they are now. This is not a club that should have spent that long in the top flight while he was there, considering resources and personnel. Right now you have an underperforming team who has hired a manager that gets the most out of his players.
