JHC the tombola has struck big time today. I think it’s very very bizzarre how he brings the likes of Rothwell and Palmer in for one match then they don’t get a sniff for a couple weeks regardless of how they perform in said game. Imagine they must be peeved too. Let’s hope it comes off for TMs sake today but I just get the feeling that we’ll find the ball continuing to come back into our half with no Graham.

Not a chance Spurs will come in for Dack. He’ll have a crack at the Prem at some point I’m sure, but he lacks that turn of pace to be a top 6 player for me. It’s the bottom half PL boys we’ll have to watch out for come January IMO.

Agreed. If we can get him really match fit, and keep his focus and desire hot, then he’ll be head and shoulders above most in this division. Good win today - result was important rather than the performance with 3 very tough games coming up.

Pointing out the bleeding obvious but TM really needs to figure out how to set us up at home far more effectively. Our compact, counter attacking style works well away from home where we’re looking to keep it tight and grab a draw/win by the 1 goal, but it clearly ain’t working at home against superior opposition this season. I fear he’s made a bit of a rod for his own back though with his lack of width recruitment, but he still needs to go for it more with the likes of Rothwell and Palmer.

100% agree. Got 0-0 or 1-0 Bolton written all over it. Mowbray needs to mix it up a bit and get some of the underperforming promotion pack out of the side.

Or on from the start. Definitely agree though; a big, nasty bugger at the back is definitely needed in January. We want a Samba type where his head is like a magnet for the ball.
